Comfortable, spotlessly clean and great location.
Pros:

Perfect location - less than 5 mins walk from the station, Dreamland and the sea front. Pleasant, friendly staff member, the hotel and room were basic but very comfortable, spotlessly clean and lots of nice touches, such as sticks of Margate rock! Excellent value too. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing - exceeded our expectations.

Better than a Premier Inn and very competitive rates.
Pros:

Fantastic location and great view, it was nice that we had biscuits and sweets and a small fridge we could use. I liked the charger built into the lamp for my phone. Comfortable and an interesting building.

Cons:

I would have preferred a later check out, especially at a weekend and the bathroom was a little cramped but it was clean and functional so no problem.

Very nice and cozy, right by the sea
Pros:

I enjoyed my one night stay and wish I could have stayed longer. The room was very lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable.

You have to take stairs to get to the rooms, but the owner helped with the suitcase. The owners were super lovely and welcoming. I'd definitely book again!

Cons:

The rooms with sea view face a busier road and the windows are thin, so you could hear the traffic quite well during the day. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs.

Pros:

I was not informed about breakfast being offered. I believe it was room only.
Due to Burlington's location, there were numerous options close by.

Cons:

That the toilet & wash room facilities were not ensuite.
