Lovely room, staff, location. Had a great time!
Pros:

Had a lovely stay, lady who checked us in was nice and informative. Beds were very comfortable and the whole room and bathroom was spotless. Nice having Yorkshire tea bags!! Would stay again

One night stay was very relaxing! 😃
Pros:

Location! Location! It’s spitting distance from a quieter section of beach and places to eat/drink. Room was comfortable and very clean, with a sea view, small wine fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Loved the complimentary Twix and rock!! Owner/staff were very friendly. Price for one night was very reasonable. 😃

Cons:

Bigger towels would have been great. I’m a Size 16 and the towel wouldn’t fit completely around me. There were lots of stairs and no elevator. I have severe arthritis and made the mistake of not asking for a first floor room. My room was on the top floor and it was a struggle going up and down the three flights of stairs.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Sea view, complimentary sticks of rock and ice cream. Location easy walk from the train station and town.

Cons:

Noise of traffic at night as main road in front of hotel. Also no lift to upper floors.

Cons:

The booking site had stated the room would have a private bathroom and it didnt. So I had to share a communal bathroom which was not what I was expecting - was OK for one night but I wouldn't do it again. The bathroom was very basic, but clean. They did apologise after the event, and offered me discount on another room with a bathroom should I stay with them again.

Wonderful stay - great location and exceptional service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Burlington. The staff were so lovely. Perfect location right by the train station and beach! Complementary ice cream was great!

Cons:

Apparently a key was left for me but I was sent no instructions on how to find it. Called all 3 numbers on the board in front of the hotel and no reply. Therefore couldn’t check in. Had to book another hotel.
To be fair they have refunded the cost of my booking.
