Pros:

The owner lived upstairs and was very friendly and helpful. Lovely room and shared kitchen. Easy access.

Cons:

Location was a little in the suburbs, but we didn't really research very well and cold have figured that out easy enough if we wanted. We had no car. If we had one all would have been great.

Quick getting in; quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. The location was easy to find and in a very nice neighbourhood. It was close to where we were going. So, very convenient that way.

Cons:

There was nothing that I could suggest to change. The room was fairly small, but that's what we expected for the price. We just needed a place to sleep and the bed was more than big enough.

A warm and thoughtful host provided exceptional hospitality with numerous personal touches&amenities
Pros:

The host was warm, welcoming and friendly and even offered to make me breakfast as a bonus, I had a meeting so couldn't take her up on that but it was so appreciated.The location was unbeatable right off the highway made it easy to get to the places I needed too. I loved the attention to detail. The host provided bathroom essentials ie. Q-tips, elastics, steamer, mini fridge filled with water in the bedroom, which is great to keep your food separate from other guests. There were also chocolates in the room! They also had a nice choice for coffee and tea, including herbal which I don't find everywhere I go. Check in was very easy, appreciated the free parking. I was in the Dream room which had an ensuite.

Cons:

Be mindful there are two dogs upstairs who did get quite worked up and were barking for a while, you can tune it out with music, but in case anyone's a super light sleeper. Also, the room didn't have space for a wardrobe or dresser, but the host did provide hangers on the back of the door which was helpful. If you are travelling with two vehicles this may present a challenge as there was only one additional parking spot on the driveway, the other car would require City permit.

This was one of the best places. Everything was perfectly clean, very comfortable, smelled very nice, and the bed was clean and made perfectly. Thank you.
