Lovely stay and would definitely come again
Pros:

Loved the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, spacious bathrooms. The amenities and access to the Ville pool and the gym.

Cons:

It would be good if the gym had a pull up bar. Also couldn't access the Netflix on the TV through the casting app??

Lackinf basic services for someone on tourism in town
Pros:

Spacious rooms, they let us check in even though we arrived early, in room dining is excellent and two very good restaurants at the facility. Infinity pool is also very good.

Cons:

The hotel does not have transfers (even if I wanted to pay) to the airport. This is such a basic hotel service that is unbelievable they cannot arrange airport transfers. Besides, if you are on tourism forger about this hotel. They do not have a concierge, all they do is give you one single pamphlet about tours but theu do not help with anything else, no suggestions, no reservations, no knowhow, nothing.
