Pros:

Pros:

Location location location. Exceptional staff , facilities and obviously location.my daughters used the spa for a treatment that was also excellent.also had dinner at the restaurant's as well all very good.the old saying you get what you pay for not cheap but well worth it well done Ardo

Great setting but the bars and restaurants need to extended hours.
Pros:

Location and ocean view.

Cons:

All the bars and restaurants close. The only place to get food or a drink after 830-9pm Friday, Sat Sunday is in the casino! The only alternative at the Ardo is room service. The roof to bar was booked out for a drink both night. Late check out $50/hour.

Relaxing, clam and clean!
Pros:

I love staying at Ardo, the rooms are so clean and always have a fresh feeling to them. The staff are wonderful and the choice of dining is great!

Cons:

The rooms however at night do get a little hot but waking up to the view is magical!

Couples retreat!
Pros:

Beautiful location looking over the Coral Sea and Magnetic Island. Close location to jump onto the ferry to Magnetic Island. Relaxing location on the Ardo rooftop. Great spot for a couples getaway.

Nice view, nice property and good staff. Very well decorated common areas

Cons:

Breakfast and gym offsite. Casting didn’t work so we could watch very little. The room interiors are cold and hard. I appreciate Townsville is warm but some soft furnishing or floor rugs would prove the bland rooms
