Amazing place
Pros:

Amazing location. Super serene and peaceful. Not difficult to reach - there is a direct ferry from Bergen. The room was stunning, with the most amazing view. The hotel itself was very thoughtfully and tastefully designed - lots of art everywhere too, as well as an on site gallery! All the staff were really warm and hospitable. Highly recommend for a calming and relaxing time in nature. If you are here during the week then you might be able to visit their trout farm!

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, spokój cisza i niepowtarzalne miejsce. Spaliśmy w czerwonym budynku, który z zewnątrz, jak i w środku był bardzo klimatyczny. Pyszne śniadanie i znakomity kucharz

Utrolig sjarmerende hotell. God frokost i koselige omgivelser, spisesal i kjeller med utgang til hagen. Inntok morgenkaffen i hagen, med utsikt over sjøen og båtlivet / dyrelivet.

Nydelig sted, vakker natur, velholdt. God frokost, oppredde senger med militær presisjon!

Cons:

På booking hadde leiligheten to soverom, uteplass med møbler og egen inngang. Den hadde ingen av delene. Hems er ikke soverom! Sluken i vasken på badet var tettet med hår, det var også hår på sluken til dusjen. Toalettet hadde nok ikke vært vasket på en stund. Den ene dusjveggen var borte, og dørklinken til badet manglet skruer. I oppholdsrommet var det et spisebord man kan slå ut, men det var ødelagt. Det var bare en stol til bordet. Tv’en virket ikke pga dårlig kontakt. Vi fikk ikke wifi passord. Det var heller ikke klut og kjøkkenhåndkle. Dessverre var ingen tilgjengelige verken i resepsjon eller på telefon. Jeg sendte en melding som jeg ikke fikk svar på. Vi holdt ut et døgn, så dro vi derfra selv om vi hadde betalt for to netter.

Beautiful chalet, quiet. The lack of modern amenities, like television, is its charm.

Annoying noise from a vent or something
Double bed in ‘The attic’ with a steep staircase to Get up and down. Not suited for older people.
