There is no access road to the hotel. Maintained by boy at the premises. No reception or front desk
It is required that BOOKING.COM verify the details and include in the list. I had trouble to get the location. After finding I observed that it is on the hill uneven planes and noticed danger of falling. No street light upto 500 MTRS. You can't go in the night. I did not dear to stay and stayed in another hotel

We verbleven voor 2 nachten in de basic 3 persoonskamer. Eenmaal we toekwamen, zag de tuin totaal niet verzorgd uit.
- De airco op de kamer konden we niet uitzetten, reageerde niet op het bakje.

- we hadden geen warm water om te douchen. Wanneer dit werd gemeld, was de uitleg dat er geen brander aanwezit was in die kamer… Voor het douchen mochten we in een andere kamer.
Wat vreemd dat je dan uitgerekend deze kamer krijgt terwijl we de enige gasten waren die er verbleven…

- het ontbijt was niet slecht maar ook niet super. Wat aan de droge kant en ook niets van drankje erbij.

- je verblijft op 8 minuten wandelen van het strand! Wat wel dichtbij is maar het hotel ligt in een afgelegen grind straat met bijna geen verlichting.

Voor de prijs dat je betaald is het niet super slecht, maar de foto’s op booking zijn toch wat misleidend.

We booked 2 nights here and traveled 6 hours by bus from Jaffna just for a weekend to stay in Trincomalee. We were completely exhausted, and when we arrived in the morning, we found out that Woody Crest Hotel had sent us a request to cancel our reservation – at midnight, just a few hours before our arrival!
Before that, we were receiving messages about WiFi, 24-hour reception and other details about the accommodation. But once we got there, the place was empty. No one was there, no one answered the phone, and obviously there was no 24-hour reception. When we finally reached them by message, the only reply we got was: “sorry, your room is under reconstruction.” Clearly a lie, since there was nobody at the “hotel” at all.
I even messaged again asking if they were joking and what we were supposed to do now – and they just ignored me. A few hours later, instead of helping us, they sent a request for a 5-star review for our “delightful stay.”

No estaba muy limpio, y el desayuno fue un pan de molde entero y sandía. El día de antes nos preguntaron si queríamos tortilla o huevo frito pero nunca lo vimos.

It was totally a scam . There were no staff at the property , everything about the place is a lie . Disgusting place

La camera, fin dal nostro arrivo, non si presentava in buone condizioni: pulizia scarsa, numerosi insetti a causa della finestra del bagno che non si chiudeva, tende rotte, e sia cuscini che letto presentavano macchie. Nel complesso, l’aspetto generale della stanza era trascurato e poco accogliente. Non c’è uno spazio dedicato alla colazione: l’host la porta direttamente in camera, ma non rispecchiava gli standard attesi e il vassoio restava in camera per tutta la giornata.

Nous avons eu notre chambre inondée à cause de l'évacuation des eaux bouchées et une énorme pluie. Nous sommes rester sans électricité toute la nuit et la matinée. Ils nous sont dit que c'était da s tout le village alors que c'était faux.
Le petit déjeuner très minable. Nous avons eux le droit à 4 morceaux de pain et de fruit.

Slabá angličtina personálu.
Stiesnený priestor pre 3 ľudí. Raňajky na izbe, ktoré sme nemali kde zjesť, pretože v izbe nebol dostatočný priestor (v izbe boli iba 2 stoličky a my sme boli traja). Raňajky boli chutné, ale zároveň skromné (spoločná polievka s jednou lyžicou pre 3 ľudí). Pod pojmom anglické raňajky si oni predstavujú iba toast natretý maslom. Boli sme zmätení zo servírovania raňajok, pretože všetko jedlo bolo na jednom podnose.
Slabé osvetlenie v kúpeľni a slabý prúd vody.
Niektoré zásuvky nefungovali.

To begin with, the site doesn’t have the best access—it’s a dirt road with lots of potholes. We were in a small car and decided to park at the entrance to avoid damaging it. The rooms don’t match what you see in most of the photos; they’re smaller and don’t have good views. The ones with balconies face a field where they throw trash… and that’s the best-case scenario, because one of our rooms was on the ground floor and only had a sliding door that opened onto that poorly maintained garden.

Both rooms were dirty and smelled strongly of damp. There were no towels, and when we asked the staff, they only brought us two (we were four people).

The worst surprise came when I dropped my phone in the gap between the bed and the base and found an unopened pack of condoms. Still, it was disgusting.(Picture adjunted)

As for breakfast, we weren’t given any information. On the first morning, we were woken up at 7:15 a.m. by someone knocking on the window to give us a tray of pancakes. Communication with the staff (there was only one guy) was poor since he didn’t speak English, just a few words.
In short, a bad place to stay in general ( On top of that, it’s not particularly cheap compared to other places)
Nothing like the photos, poor cleanliness and communication—definitely not recommended.

La struttura non era sufficientemente pulita, il piccolo tratto di strada sterrata per raggiungerla non è bellissimo.
Il telecomando del climatizzatore non era funzionante.
Il futon utilizzato come terzo letto non è il massimo, ma per un paio di notte si sopporta tranquillamente. Stanza comunque consigliata per due persone.

La colazione consiste in banane e i classici hopper

La route d'accès est non goudronnée et l'hôtel est peu identifiable.
Pas d'espace commun, le petit-déjeuner se prenait donc sur le balcon.
