le personnel était sympathique

Cons:

Il faut être vigilant : les chambres Éco ne disposent pas de fenêtre, donc aucune lumière naturelle n’y entre, ce qui n’est pas forcément clairement précisé lors de la réservation. Nous avons donc dû payer un supplément de 50 € par personne afin d’obtenir une chambre supérieure avec fenêtre.

Par ailleurs, des frais sont également appliqués en cas d’annulation de la réservation ou de non-présentation.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn ist ein großer Vorteil, alles war sauber, und das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung des Badezimmers, hier wäre eine Verbesserung wünschenswert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Tramstation ist direkt vor dem Hotel und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, gibt Tipps und ist jederzeit zur Hilfe da.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zeigte teilweise Schäden an der Wand auf.
