We had a wonderful stay at Xloft Hotel in Istanbul and would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic – within easy walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, great restaurants, cafés, shops and public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff and reception team. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations, directions and any requests we had. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we checked out.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip to Istanbul so enjoyable. We highly recommend Xloft Hotel to anyone visiting this amazing city!

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous sommes arrivés très en avance et avons pu attendre dans le lobby. Nous avons étés très reçu avec des boissons et nous avons pu nous reposer.

Chambre propre et bonne salle de bain, bon emplacement au cœur de du centre historique à 2 min à pieds du grands bazar. Personnnel très accueillant et utile.

Comfortable, safe and fresh experience thanks to the great staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, kind, interested and attractive <3 The facilities were as shown in the photos. The location is amazing very close to tram station. The room was very clean and fresh, we had an amazing view to the mosque and the main street. The Wi-Fi was very fast and stable.

Cons:

It was noisy but that’s expected because of the location. It wasn’t a problem for us, it was even pleasant to hear the sound of the lively city.
