Emplacement idéal avec une chambre (et une terrasse avec vue sur une magnifique mosquée) très spacieuse). Un Acceuil chaleureux et désirant toujours rendre service.

Il primo giorno ho rischiato la vita, le ruote della doccia erano fuori dal binario e uscendo dalla doccia il vetro di questa mi è crollato addosso, tagliandomi, ho perso molto sangue! Lo staff ha fornito la propria assistenza ma ho rischiato la vita! Non si può non effettuare una manutenzione del genere prima di affidare una stanza agli ospiti!
Ci han gentilmente offerto una stanza migliore ma quella che sarebbe stata a noi destinata puzzava di umido ed era sporca!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. It is close to public transportation, which made getting around extremely easy, and also within walking distance of many major tourist attractions.

The staff made the experience even better. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They answered all of our questions with patience and gave us useful tips about the city.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. Great location, great service, and a very pleasant stay!

Piccolo albergo ben gestito
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per visitare Sultanahmet e ben servita per raggiungere facilmente ogni altra zona.
L'albergo è piccolo ma carino e ben tenuto.
Il personale giovane cortese e disponibile.

Location of the hotel is great, just across the Grand Bazaar and walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagyia Sofia.

Cons:

Room had no window, only a kind of glass door (which could not be locked) to a tiny interior yard/column.
Bathroom door could not be closed.

Pros:

Great location near the Grand Bazaar. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room clean. We had great view of the nearby mosque and the bustling street underneath (but windows kept noise out so not an issue to sleep)

Cons:

A bit of rubbish around the entrance to hotel but a very minor issue
