Giriş talimatları olmaması
Pros:

Sevmedim . Çünkü saatlerce kapıda kaldım.. otele nasıl gireceğim bana bilgilendirme mesajı atılmadı. Suçu booking e atıyor. Ama suçlu beslev.

Cons:

Otele giriş talimatları hiç gönderilmemesi berbat. Kapıda 2 saat bekledim. Otelde kalan müşteri sayesinde oda anahtarı getirdi. Aradan 5 saat sonra beslev e ulaşıyorum İnternet şifresi ancak alabildim . Kesinlikle önermiyorum. Giriş talimatı geç gönderilmesi kabul edilemez bir hatadır. Müşteri kapı önünde 2 saat bekleyemez

Pros:

The bedroom size, the coffee and tea.

Cons:

The instructions should have been provided few days before the arrival. Was very diificult to get trough the gate without it. The phone number provided to contact the owner was polish and went straight to the voicemail.
The way to the bedroom, yes it can´t be called an hotel, there´s are two bedrooms, was quite scary, specially if one is traveling alone. Too many codes and if one runs out of battery, can´t enter anymore.
The bedshhets seemed made of some weird recycled material and were very old. Were clean at least. Just one pillow per person and quite low, no extra blankets.
The noise from downstairs nightclub went all the way to the bedroom. I went to bed at 3ish and was still going on until much latter.

Write down the codes when going out drinking :D
Pros:

Everything was well prepared and had all for a fun night out.

Cons:

A lot of doors to open and see at first :) But in the end it was easy and fun. I reccommend to write down the doorcodes incase your battery should run out when you visit old town.

Обслуживание дистанционно, персонала не встречали.
Pros:

Найти вход в отель - настоящий КВЕСТ. РАСПОЛОЖЕН ОТЛИЧНО. Свежий ремонт, хороший дизайн номера.

Cons:

Информация о парковке вводит в заблуждение, её у отеля нет, предлагается общественная, платная, у театра Эстония. Для этого необходимо скачать приложение, ввести платёжные данные и т. д.

Huone oli siisti ja sellainen kuin kuvissa. Sijainti oli myös erinomainen.

Спасибо за кофе и конфеты, чистота в номере! Это всегда приятно.
Кстати, ещё и за беруши спасибо, кому то могут пригодится :)

Cons:

Но! Я бы отметила неудобство матраса и подушек. Не мешало бы обновить полностью, матрас, подушки и одеяло, для полного комфорта.

Hea asukoht. Huvitav sisekujundus.

Cons:

Ööuni oli kuni varaste tundideni rahulik. Siis algas väga kõva lärm, ei saanud aru kas tuli kõrvalt korterist või väljast. Lisaks klaas taaraga kolistav jäätme auto akna all. Ööse oli ka jahe toas. Aknad olid kinni.

Pros:

The rooms were neat and spacious. Location in the old town of Tallinn, right next to the Town Hall.The bathroom was also spacious and neat.

Cons:

People who are light sleepers would not be able to get a good night's sleep. The windows overlook the old town street, which is full of clubs and cafes. It is very noisy on weekends until the early hours of the morning.

хороший небольшой номер с душем для ночевки в старом городе.
Pros:

плюсы - расположение в старом городе, своя душевая, проектор на стену.
Сам номер выглядит чистым, как на фото.

Cons:

минусы - внизу бары могут шуметь вечером (владелец предоставляет беруши), а с утра - уборочные машины. синтетическое белье (возникло подозрение, что его не стирают после каждого проживающего, возможно я ошибаюсь), плохая звукоизоляция номеров (стены тонкие, если соседи шумные - могут мешать выспаться, также и вы например громким звуком проектора можете мешать им). В номере из посуды только пара кружек и чайных ложек. если вы вдруг планировали перекус - берите одноразовые вилки с собой. Мы заселялись поздно, уже было темно, во внутреннем дворе плохое освещение, с трудом нашли номер, несмотря на описание (видеоинструкцию не стали загружать). может присылать клиентам рисунок-карту?
