Pros:

Emplacement à 10 minutes à pied de la plage.
Spacieux et bien équipé.
Cuisinière avec four, frigo congelateur.
Nous avons fait deux nuits à Noël 2025 et de nouveau 2 nuit mi-mars 2026
Petit restaurant mexicain juste à côté.
Superbe vue et balcon pour les grands studios donnant côté océan.
On y reviendra surtout pour les studios avec vue sur l'océan.

Cons:

Bruit de la pompe qui se met en marche (studio côté parking).
Ventillateur sur pied, mais pas de clim (cela aurait été paradis).
Heureusement il faisait frais la nuit.

Pros:

EXPERIENCE was everything we expected. Low key, no hassle, the folks were friendly - felt like a little community. Loved the simplicity of the accommodations - clean, comfy bed, great outdoor porch, wonderful cross breeze all day and night, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Good WIFI

No Air Conditioning, Smell Stagnant Grey Water
Pros:

Room #7 No air conditioning and no ceiling fans. only one portable fan with room temp in the high 80’s. Asked for second fan but denied. Asked for a second chair to sit outside for a breeze but denied. Stench from stagnant pools of grey water from laundry overpowering. Dog poop left for days watch out. Grating/Irritating noise of water pump every few minutes. We liked the kitchen with big frig and easy beach access to the south without all the Yuppie Hip Hype that Cerritos has become. This could be a great place with a little effort and upgrades. Also deck area with wood floor is rotting so be very careful if you use. Last night karaoke at Don Nachos so noisy. Desert location nice.

Appartement bien équipé pres de la plage ( 2 mn en voiture )

Cons:

Difficile à trouver ( il faut avoir une connexion pour voir les indications de l hôtelier sinon
Introuvable àvec adresse de booking ) attention bar restaurant juste en bas ( nous n’avons pas eu de chance il y avait un mariage et il

Good value for price. Good location for my needs.
Pros:

Convenient location attached to a restaurant. Laundry services on the property for longer stays. Close to beach but far enough away from the noisier bar/restaurants. Salvadore and Fani were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking.

Este hotel me ha encantado.
Es fácil de llegar, muy cerca del pueblo, cuenta con lavandería, una tienda de alimentos y detalles como prendas de ropa, las habitaciones estan limpias, son grandes - sala, cocina, recamara y baño. Cuanta con su área de jardín muy agradable y limpio. Tiene estacionamiento muy accesible. Y lo más encantador desdé mí punto de vista es que aceptan mascotas. Mí perrita esta encantada con el jardín explorando toda el área. Los perritos y gato del hotel son muy amistosos, divinos.
El personal super amable, atentos muy respetuosos. Gracias a todos por su fraternidad, estoy feliz de haberme quedado en su hotel Experience.

Very quiet and sweet stay!
Pros:

Very quiet and a very nice apartment with good value. We accidentally missed check in, and the host Salvador, accommodated us and was very helpful!

The surrounding area and parking and entry to this hotel were very unkempt. It was a surprise when we got there as the photos online show something quite different. Very low class.
