Muy decepcionados
Pros:

Realmente no me gustó nada de este hotel. De pronto las piscinas, pero normalmente uno no va a un hotel cerca al mar para quedarse en la piscina.

Cons:

El lugar. Hay un mar donde uno no se puede bañar. No hay restaurantes ni lugares para pasar un rato cerca. Lo único que encontramos fue una tienda para comprar algunas bebidas. Este hotel puede ser ideal para una persona que no planea salir del hotel, pero si la idea es disfrutar del mar y del entorno no es recomendable. La cama, a pesar de ser una habitación para dos personas era de tamaño sencillo. Las opciones en el restaurante eran buenas, pero la relación calidad precio muy deficiente. El baño estaba sucio la división de vidrio tenía grasa. En realidad no entendí el concepto de este hotel. Aparte de todo, aunque no es culpa del hotel se fue la luz durante la noche y casi nos ahogamos en la habitación.

Pros:

The property is beautiful but the staff was not very accommodating. Only a lady cook the night I arrived and the Marcos the guard were very nice. All the rest were rude and could not answer any questions or request we had. did not offer to help with luggage on our departure. Would love to stay again if management was better

En redes aparece ubicación a orilla de playa y NO lo está
Pésima administración NO quisieron dar reintegro del dinero a pesar de que teníamos la razón y nos tocó que quedarnos en el hotel por que ya nos habían debitado de la tarjeta
