Delightful
Pros:

The bedroom was perfect for a short stay and had all the cooking equipment needed. Bed was comfortable, great location and the views were amazing!! The staff were also extremely friendly. Would recommend

Pros:

Emplacement, chambre spastieuse et lumineuse. Conciergerie à l’écoute.

Cons:

Manque de couvert, d’ustensiles, de passoire, de couteau, de planche à cuisinier ,pas de micro onde, l’équipement n’était pas suffisant pour cuisiner j’ai dû l acheter.

Месторасположение просто шикарное. ТЕРМЫ находятся сразу напротив. Два магазина с отличными продуктами а пяти минутах от апартаментов. Автобусная станция, аптека и туристическое агентство тоже. Банк для обмена валюты на две минуты дальше. То что касается катания на лыжах это не ко мне, хотя я знаю, что тоже совсем рядом. Но я на лыжах не катаюсь.

Cons:

Честно говоря, внешний вид всех полотецев. Они были все серые и трудно было поверить, что они были когда-то белые. И это пожалуй всё.

Kein guter Skiraum. Matratze hatte viele gelbe Flecken. Steckdose hatte keine Blende. Behrührungsychutz ist nicht gewährt. Kein guter Geruch .

Alles war gut und insgesamt war ich zufrieden.

Der einzige Punkt war die Dusche: Der Duschschlauch war leider sehr kurz, sodass man nicht richtig stehen und sich die Haare oder den Körper waschen konnte. Man musste entweder sitzen oder es war etwas umständlich.

Wenn der Duschschlauch ausgetauscht und durch einen längeren ersetzt wird, ist meiner Meinung nach alles perfekt und es gibt nichts mehr zu beanstanden.

Matterhof auf keinen Fall buchen!
Cons:

Die Wohnung stank muffelig und nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch. Es war fürchterlich. Spinnweben an Decken und überall staub. Renovationsbedürftig. Kein Warmwasser. Nach Reklamation beim Vermieter hat uns der Concierege ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, welches im ähnlichen Zustand war. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist und der Vermieter weigert sich nun, uns die Kosten für die 2.te Nacht zurück zu erstatten.

The best place to stay in Leukerbad
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel in Leukerbad, and the location truly couldn’t be better. It is right in the very centre — perfectly situated and extremely convenient.
From our balcony, we had a stunning direct view of Leukerbad Therme, just two steps from the entrance. The bus station was around a 10-minute walk away, and everything in town felt close, compact, and easy to reach.
The aparthotel itself was very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The apartment had a kitchen and a bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean. It felt like a peaceful and well-kept place to stay.
The absolute highlight for us was the balcony. We stayed on the third floor and had a huge balcony with breathtaking views — over the mountains, the thermal baths, and about half of Leukerbad town. The scenery was truly beautiful, and honestly, the view alone is a reason to stay here.
I would also like to give a very special and heartfelt thank you to the concierge family. When my child became unwell, they were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with calling an ambulance and offering genuine support during a stressful moment. They were not only professional but also warm and caring people, and I am deeply grateful to them.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, a perfect location, and unforgettable views in Leukerbad.

Cons:

We honestly didn’t experience any downsides during our stay. Everything was exactly as described on the website and fully met our expectations.
