Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, miłym zaskoczeniem był ekspres do kawy, kostki lodu i nieograniczona herbata i woda, było gdzie odpocząć w lobby. Dodatkowo była możliwość zostawienia bagaży w schowku bez proszenia się o to. Pokój bardzo ładny i czysty, na plus w łazience był, szampon, odżywka oraz płyn do ciała, obawiałam się czy będzie suszarka ale była!

Cons:

Jedyny minus to, że bardzo słychać sąsiadów przez rury, nam na szczęście trafili się cisi sąsiedzi ale o to też personel zadbał i były zatyczki do uszu dla każdego.

På rommet var det hårføner, TV og det var ganske varmt takket være varmeovnen

Cons:

Rommet er ganske lite og virker som om det absolutt ikke er tilpasset komfort, helt fra mangelen på håndkleknagger på badet. Rommet var veldig dårlig rengjort – på badet var gulvet skittent og fullt av flekker. Også på rommet var det mye støv og skitt. Jeg ville aldri gjentatt denne opplevelsen, selv ikke på grunn av beliggenheten.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalle fermate del pullman e tram. Si raggiunge il centro a piedi.

Cons:

Peccato per la poca accuratezza della descrizione delle camere. Le immagini su Booking non coincidono con la camera vera e propria, solo la foto del letto era corretta. Nella camera che avevo prenotato doveva essere inclusa una TV, tuttavia questa era totalmente assente. Ho contattato (sia via Whatsapp che via chiamata al telefono) il servizio clienti e mi è solo stato detto che era molto strano e che mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Non ricevetti mai aggiornamenti a riguardo. Non ho chiesto di nuovo solo perché mi fermavo lì solo per qualche giorno, quindi ho lasciato perdere, però non apprezzo la mancanza di onestà. Inoltre il metodo di comunicazione con il servizio clienti è stato strano, dato che era su Whatsapp ma sulla mia app non potevo vedere le loro risposte, ma solo tramite il loro sito (non so come spiegarlo bene). Inoltre avevo provato a chiedere una semplice informazione per quanto riguarda il giorno di pulizia della camera (la puliscono solo ogni 4 giorni) e nessuno, né il servizio di pulizia né l'assistenza clienti, sapeva dirmi quando la camera sarebbe stata pulita, per cui non sapevo assolutamente a che ora sarebbero entrati a pulire (non c'è il cartellino "non disturbare"). Ultima cosa, consiglierei di aggiungere un cartello scrivendo che la porta di ingresso va tirata verso l'esterno e che è parzialmente automatica, dato che per almeno 2/3 giorni ho fatto parecchio fatica ad aprirla, essendo questa molto pesante e priva di indicazioni per i nuovi arrivati.

Nært alt av resturant og uteliv. Balkong på rommet 304. Vi var veldig fornøyd. Flott bad og dusj. Såpe og shampoo, balsam alt du trenger er der.
Micro og hårføner, strykejern. Helt supert.

Litt vanskelig å komme seg inn med kodene. Men det ordnet seg.
Vi kommer til å booke samme rom igjen en senere anledning. ❤️🥰
