Pros:

Wonderful experience visiting Ecolux for the second time. The location is stunning, the experience felt calm and special, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great choice for a relaxing getaway on the beach. The restaurant food was delicious too!

I felt like a rock star. Friendly staff, huge rooms, great service, wonderful views.
Pros:

This is my 2nd visit, and once again, the staff are amazing with excellent service. The rooms are super spacious, making me feel special and 1st class. Walking to the beach was special with a wonderful view and that smell of the sea. I can't wait to return. Next time I will bring my family.

Pros:

amazing, full breakfast. well prepared and served hot. fruit, yoghurt, hot breakfast made to order. Served outside on the patio overlooking the pool. It's quiet, secluded and the beach is just over the sand dunes. you just walk up over a path to take some steps over the hill to get to the beach, but it's worth it.

Ecolux has a beautiful pool and entertainment area to give relief from the heat. The rooms are beautifully styled and spacious with all the amenities you could need. The host couple made me feel super welcome and helped with any questions about the area.

Cons:

Sometimes the pool area are super busy, but with their menu you would imagine people flocking in.

Absolute luxuary on the Mozambique coast.
Pros:

It’s my second stay at Ecolux Macaneta and I must say they never fail to impress. Constant upgrades and maintenance in place. The manager is friendly and the staff on point! Another smaller Conference wedding venue added, a gorgeous roof over the entire outdoor dining area are absolutely lovely! The gardens always a favourite of mine have added grass shades to relax under in the summer heat. It adds such a nice local feel to the very comfortable high class rooms. The local art on the pool feature and office area are such a fabulous feature. Ecolux is unique in every aspect to the other places on the “island” . I doubt I will bother booking anywhere else and Ecolux caters for every single need if you want a relaxing place to enjoy the sun, beach, sea, lush gardens and awesome food. Well done Team.

Enjoyable stay in Macaneta right near the beach. Very helpful and attentive staff.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, taking extra measures as it was my birthday.

Cons:

It’s difficult getting into the property because of the dirt roads. You ideally need a 4X4. Not a fault of the property.
