Fabulous!
Pros:

Nice house, cozy and spacious and clean room. Good water shower. Ample parking. Nearby to eating places. Near to Mayang Mall, Hospital and Drawbridge.

Cons:

To provide hanger so that we could hang our clothes better

Lokasi sesuai dengan situasi semasa. Berhampiran dengan tempat urusan kerja. Mudah diakses.

Cons:

Penyewa bilik lain yang menggunakan tangga agak bising sedikit. Tapi ini bukan isu kemudahan yang disediakan. Dicadangkan ada sign/poster mengingatkan penyewa lain menghormati privacy orang lain.

Very clean & neat. Perfect to stay.
Pros:

So clean & neat. Bed is comfortable. Like home. The coffee making machine is delighting.

Cons:

The toilet don’t have window or exhaust fan to vent out hot air.
