We liked the style of the accommodation, and its quiet surroundings, as well as affordable price.
Pros:

The accommodation had minimal interior style, was clean and quiet. It had all the basic needs. Also there was a cafe on the ground floor, which could be handy for getting quick coffee. There's also a convinience store really close by which is also handy!

Cons:

It's not really close from any stations, so you need to walk to the location. Since we didn't have any big luggage it was OK, but if you have a luggage it can be a bit tricky. Also there's no elevator, so if you are going to the airport or coming from the airport with a big luggage can be complicated.

Great place to stay to explore Tokyo
Pros:

The design is nice, and it‘s clean and comfy. We liked the neighborhood and it‘s well connected to some useful subway lines, albeit you have to walk 15 minutes - which I don‘t mind. The coffee place downstairs was also very nice.

Cons:

There was basically 0 isolation between our room and the next. (There are some gaps for example at the window.) Though it was less of a problem than we thought. Only for the first night we had a nosy neighbor, then it was fine. Also in room 3W the bathroom access is from the hallway only, even though it‘s a private bathroom. There is also a tunnel between the bathroom and the room which goes under the stairs. As there are light fixtures I assume it‘s was meant to be used at one point. We found it pretty funny, and all was ok, but maybe this should be stated somewhere.

Pros:

Für Tokyo-Standards hatte man viel Platz im Zimmer. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Tisch und sogar seinen eigenen Kühlschrank. In dieser Hinsicht ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht super gut angebunden. Die nächste Metro Station war über 10 Gehminuten weit weg, was ich für Tokyo schon weit entfernt finde.

Gostamos de tudo. se fosse para indicar algo seria ter mais sítios onde pendurar toalhas na casa de banho.

Комфортное и стильное жилье в Токио
Pros:

Стильный и минималистичный интерьер. Район находится не в центре, но там очень приятно гулять, и знакомиться с местной культурой. Рядом несколько магазинов и кафе. Размер комнаты - сильно больше всех возможных в Токио. Заезд был очень удобрен и понятен

Cons:

Две ночи из 4-х было холодно. Сильно продувало из окон (обогрев из кондиционера не спасал ситуацию)

Great value - comfortable clean room, great location.
Pros:

It has a great location in a cozy and quiet neighborhood, it’s really nice to walk around, and the room was very clean and comfortable.
Extremely grateful for the free use washing Maschine and clothing dryer - makes a trip so much easier. Checking in was easy and the staff replies quickly.

Really loved the space and easy to access. Would stay here again!

Pros:

Einfach, aber wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten.
Es war sehr sauber.
Es gab viel Platz im Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind zur Strasse hin hellhöhrig. Also, unbedingt Oropax mitnehmen. Wir konnten aber trotzdem sehr gut schlafen, da sich das Hostel nicht in einem sehr belebten Quartier befindet (Wohnquartier).

Pros:

Die Unterkunft sieht super stylisch aus, das war toll! Außerdem hatten wir besonders Glück mit dem Zimmer und der Aussicht!

Cons:

Das Kopfkissen war sehr dünn, dass hat sich nicht gut geschlafen. Außerdem ist es super hellhörig. Und der Toilettendeckel klappt automatisch hoch, wenn man daneben steht, das nervt ein bisschen … manchmal ist er auch einfach so hochgeklappt, ohne dass man in der Nähe war.
