Pros:

Great value for money. Stylish, large room, in a quiet yet well connected area of Tokyo.

Pros:

とても綺麗で、とてもリラックスできました。チェックインもチェックアウトもパソコンなので、助かりました。

Cons:

仕方ないのですが、シャワーだけなのが少し残念。上の階は良かったのですが、階段でした。急なので、気をつけてください。駅も神楽坂からとなると坂道で、距離も長くなるので、注意!

都心のワンルームマンション暮らし体験気分。
Pros:

お部屋が新しい感じできれいだったこと。窓が多くて明るかった。（4階）スタッフとは、予約サイトでやりとりできたこと。チェックイン前やアウト後に荷物を置いておくことができること。

Cons:

前の人のゴミがちょっと床についていたこと。シャワー室が狭いこと。洗面台が小さいから洗顔で床がぬれてしまった。ボディーソープの香りが強く肌が痒くなってしまった。テレビがなかったこと。

A nice, clean accommodation in a quiet part of Tokyo.
Pros:

I stayed here for the second time, the first time I booked through a different provider. We got a unit which was smaller than the previous one, it was flawlessly clean though.
The location is amazing - a silent neighbourhood, about 15 min walking from metro station. 7 eleven just across the street and a really! cool café under the accommodation - definitely stop by.

Cons:

The walls are not that soundproof. The units on the 3rd floor are quite small.

Pros:

有洗衣機烘衣機很棒，公共空間不錯
離便利商店很近，很便利

Cons:

房間內沒有桌子，住的房型衛浴廁所其實都要經過公共空間，稍微感到不便，冬天可能會更加痛苦
