Absolutely everything 😍

Sally is a fantastic host with a lovely home. The property is very private, comfortable and has great security. Everything we needed was at hand, and the location is close to shops and food outlets. Our dog Peggy really enjoyed the stay too, particularly as there is a private dog field in the village (booking needed). We would definitely recommend Kingsbarns and stay here again if we're in the area.

We liked the host (Scott and Sally). They put you at ease straight away. The room was very nice and warm. The bathroom was very clean, with a amazing shower. If ever we need to stay overnight again in this area, I would definitely book kingsbarns again.

In our work we have stayed at some of the finest hotels across the world. The standard and quality of decor here, not only matched, but in many cases surpassed these. A beautifully appointed room. Above that, the welcome that Scott and Sally gave, made us feel we had come home. We travelled with our Labrador, and we felt he was just as welcome. A big thank you to you both. Hope to have the chance to stay again.

Lovely home, welcoming, really friendly hosts and made to feel comfortable. Really helpful with all our questions. And they very kindly dropped us off to the wedding we were attending!

Everything……the whole weekend there was amazing. The house was first class and so were the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for Scott and Sally who even went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were extremely helpful to accommodate our little dog Ruby too!

I love the new dressing table and chair, lovely addition. Also love the new plugs with the usb in it and the little magnetic clips for the remotes.
I have been many times now and i just love staying here, love our chats and just feels super welcoming and comfortable. As always its beautiful inside and out, the underfloor heating on my feet was so nice!
Also i adore the hens!!!

Scott and Sally welcomed us into their beautiful home, tucked away in a peaceful and scenic location. The property is gated with convenient parking available. A special thank you to Scott for his excellent dining recommendations nearby. Both hosts were warm and thoughtful, and the refreshments of tea, coffee, and drinks were a lovely touch. The ensuite and room were finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. We would be delighted to stay again!

We had the most gorgeous stay! The location and accommodation were beautiful – so cosy, spotless and really well looked after. 3rd stay and I love being here, I feel so at home, Scott and Sal always go above and beyond, wonderful fun generous couple. As in previous reviews ive said how beautiful their home is, always clean and comfortable. But this is somewhere you can stay and be right into nature. The fields are right there at the bottom of the drive, owls, deer, rabbits and wild berries surround. There is a peace to the location, quiet walks, sitting on the bench looking out into the countryside and hearing the church bells. Stunning location.
