Nice view of the river.
Breakfast is a joke.
TV is too tiny for the distance.
Mattress is too soft.
The location was nice, in a quiet district but still in city centre. There were a couple of nice restaurants nearby, free parking. There was an elevator. Espresso machine at breakfast area was a plus.
There was no cattle, bin, toothbrush, telephone in the room. The towels were quite old. The breakfast was very simple and only till 10 am. Mattrass was obviously a cheap one.
Great location, with a nice view of the river, bridge and cable cars. Room was comfortable, with enough room. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the different options.
Wifi seemed to have stopped working, the room wasn't that soundproof and the mid stay room cleaning seemed a bit odd.
The staff is very friendly, assisted with requests.
The place is nice, near to the river, bridge. There is a good restaurant in 1 min walk, white stones, that was great.
We forgot something in refrigerator and nobody called me… not good.
My absolute favorite place for groups to stay in Kutaisi. Lift, good rooms, great breakfast, great staff.

Price and location
The location was next to the white bridge over the river, a lot of resturant and supermarket, pharmacy near by.
We had a good walk to the colchis fountain, kutaisi cable car and kutaisi historical museum.
It was a great view from balcony river side, cable car and the bagrati cathedral.
The staff was kind enough to share her umbrella to us, as it was raining.

I stayed at Hotel Ponte for a few nights and had a good experience. The location is central, very close to the White Bridge and other main attractions in Kutaisi, which made it easy to walk around the city.
The room was clean, with all the basic amenities working well — air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV. There was also a small balcony with a view of the city.
The staff were helpful when I needed information or assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Breakfast was simple but fresh and enough to start the day.
Overall, Hotel Ponte is a good option if you’re looking for a well-located and reliable place to stay in Kutaisi.
