The location was at the center of Antalya with access to beach, shopping malls and restaurants. The receptionist was exceptional, she has supported us on the travels, provided guidance on the best locations for family visits. She definitely needs a raise in the salary with such a great hospitality with strong attitude and so respectful.

Everything about the accommodation was wonderful. The staff provided excellent service, especially Nargiza, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Special thanks to her and the management for maintaining such a high standard of hospitality We would definitely stay here again

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Moon Suites in Antalya, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality, entirely led by the manager, Nargiza. She went above and beyond to support us throughout our stay, ensuring every single detail was taken care of to make our family as comfortable as possible. Her warmth, attentiveness, and extensive support truly elevated our holiday and made us feel right at home.
The apartment itself was good , though it was in the basement — spacious and thoughtfully laid out, giving our family plenty of room to relax for a short stay of 7 hours. The modern interior and fully equipped kitchen made day-to-day living effortless. Most importantly for us, the cleanliness was absolutely top-notch; everything was entirely spotless and beautifully maintained.
The location in central Muratpaşa couldn't be better. It is in a safe, convenient area with excellent transport links, including straightforward tram connections that made navigating the city and getting around incredibly easy. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood is fantastic, with a great selection of excellent restaurants and cafés just a short walk away.
If you are traveling as a family, look no further than Moon Suites. The combination of spacious, immaculate apartments and Nargiza’s exceptional, world-class service makes this a true gem in Antalya. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Moon Suites in Antalya was nothing short of perfection, and that is overwhelmingly thanks to the incredible manager, Nargiza. I have rarely encountered someone so genuinely kind, attentive, and dedicated to their guests. Traveling as a family of four can sometimes be unpredictable, but Nargiza anticipated our every need. She went completely out of her way to accommodate all of our special requests with a warm smile, providing extensive support that made our stay effortlessly comfortable. Her thoughtful nature and unmatched helpfulness turned a standard holiday into a deeply memorable experience for our family. She is the heart and soul of this property!

Beyond the stellar service, the apartments themselves are fantastic. They are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and flawlessly clean—spotless standards that we deeply appreciated as a family. The location in the central Muratpaşa district is ideal, offering excellent transport links (including easy bus access) that made exploring the city a breeze. The neighborhood is also wonderful, surrounded by a fantastic variety of great restaurants and cafés right on your doorstep.

While the property itself is excellent, it is Nargiza’s extraordinary kindness and hospitality that make Moon Suites stand out above the rest. We cannot thank her enough for taking such amazing care of us, and we highly recommend Moon Suites to any family looking for a perfect stay in Antalya!

Нам всё очень понравилось! Отель просто замечательный. В номере было очень много места, всей семье было комфортно. Кровати невероятно удобные, отлично высыпались.

Огромный плюс — это наличие собственной кухни со всем необходимым для готовки. Есть и плита, и полноценная духовка, что очень выручало. Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту: уборку в номере проводили каждый день, всё было безупречно.

Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный! Любая наша потребность или вопрос решались моментально. Общаться было максимально удобно: можно было подойти и поговорить лично или быстро решить все вопросы в телефонном режиме. Большое спасибо за отличный сервис!
Ещё один большой плюс :
Наш самолёт прибывал в 1:00 ночи, и мы без проблем смогли заселиться сами: получили понятную инструкцию, как и где взять ключи, и тихо, спокойно зашли в свой номер

Onze ervaring bij Moon Suites was ontzettend positief. Vanaf het eerste moment zijn wij heel vriendelijk en warm ontvangen, waardoor we ons direct op ons gemak voelden.

Wat vooral opviel, is hoe compleet en goed verzorgd de suite is. Er was een wasmachine, strijkijzer, waspoeder en een volledig ingerichte keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Je merkt dat echt aan alles is gedacht.

De hygiëne was top: alles was schoon en netjes. De bedden waren comfortabel en zorgden voor een goede nachtrust. Daarnaast had elke kamer een eigen airco, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte, vooral bij warm weer.

Vorig jaar verbleven wij al in de buurt, maar toen in een andere suite. Dit jaar hebben wij bewust voor Moon Suites gekozen omdat deze op Booking hoger scoort, en daar zijn we achteraf ontzettend blij mee. Het bleek een uitstekende keuze.

Mevrouw Nergiz is bijzonder gastvrij en vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Ondanks dat we voor de officiële check-in tijd aankwamen, mochten we toch eerder inchecken, wat wij enorm hebben gewaardeerd.

Kortom: een zeer comfortabel, schoon en goed verzorgd verblijf met een geweldige gastvrijheid. Wij zijn heel tevreden en zouden Moon Suites zeker aanraden aan anderen.
