Нам очень понравился отель, в апартаментах было очень уютно и комфортно, за 5 дней нашего пребывания у нас сделали уборку два раза, каждый раз интересовались нужно ли ещё что то нам, персонал очень приятный и отзывчивый! Девушка Наргиз на ресепшн очень внимательная и приветливая! Она нам очень помогала в наших вопросах! Местонахождение отеля превосходное, море очень близко в 2 минутах ходьбы, рядом много магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. Сам отель в современном стиле, нас было 7 человек, и всем очень понравилось! Надеемся,что вернёмся туда ещё раз!

I would just like to say Nargiza on reception is such an amazing host, I visited Antalya to have surgery and Nargiza couldn’t have been more helpful offering assistance and asked if I required any extra house keeping etc, such a kind woman and truly made my stay, I will definitely return, the suites are in a fantastic location, close to local restaurants & Düden waterfalls is a short walk! Once again thanks to Nargiza for an amazing stay, sorry I have taken a while to review I’ve been busy back home ❤️

Pros:

Perfect location. In 5-10 minutes you can find lots of cafes, restaurants, food shops. Apartments are looking fresh and very clean. Staff made warm welcome and supported us with any claim.

Cons:

Soundproofing is not good. You can hear football match on tv of your neighbours.

I would like to especially highlight the receptionist, Nargiza. She is a very kind and professional person who takes her job seriously. She is always ready to help, explain everything clearly, and make guests feel welcome — something that is unfortunately missing in many hotels today.
Overall, the staff is excellent. The rooms are cleaned properly, and after housekeeping they feel fresh, clean, and cozy. It was a pleasant experience thanks to the team's attention and care.

Найкращі апартаменти. Вартують свої гроші.
Pros:

Я в захваті від цього готелю.
Починаючи з розташування - тихо, ніяких будівництв чи пабів поряд.
Дуже привітна дівчина на ресепшені - завжди щира посмішка та бажання нам домогти.
Прибирання - кожні мабуть 3-4 дні - як в нову квартиру заїжджали. Дуже чисто, охайно - все помито, постіль рушники свіжі чисті.

В апартаментах - є усе необхідне. Нове та чисте. Багато посуду. Великий холодильник, посудомийка, пральна машина, праска, фен, телевізор (Netflix, YouTube). Біла постільна білизна, гарний матрас та куча подушок.
Кондиціонери усіх кімнатах.

Хороший душ, чистий та горяча вода (бо інколи в Анталійскіх апартаментах це розкіш)

Cons:

Єдине що не сподобалось - це відсутність ліфта. Бо в нас було багато валіз - а жили ми на 2 поверсі.

Але!!! Це мінус - це зрозуміло , і це не вирішиш при бажані. Тому ми з розумінням.

Отличное размещение и уютный, чистый отель
Pros:

Прекрасный, уютный и очень чистый аппарт-отель в спокойном районе Анталии, недалеко от моря. Хозяйка очень милая и приветливая, всегда на связи. Отлично говорит на английском и немного на русском. При возникновении сложностей - быстро всё решила.
Wi-fi есть, для работы хватило скорости.
Чистое постельное белье и удобные кровати. Выспаться удалось прекрасно.
Чистая и удобная ванная комната со всем необходимым, с новой сантехникой.
Уборка раз в три дня.

Cons:

Не очень хорошая шумоизоляция.

Чистый , уютный апарт. В двух минутах ходьбы от классной набережной и 10 минутах ходьбы от водопада Дюден . Удобное расположение , все рядом. Русскоязычные аптеки, рестораны , магазины Мигрос и тд. Приятный персонал, есть русскоязычная женщина которая обеспечивает клининг! На ресепшен работает девочка Наргиза , говорит немного на русском , чистом английском ну и турецком. В любой момент можно к ней обратиться и она поможет решить вашу проблему. В целом классная локация так что рекомендую!
