Awesome clean hotel.
Pros:

Very clean and great shower.
Bar area inside and outside was stunning, great Aircon on a hot weekend and made to feel very welcome, even in my Over Kill heavy metal shirt.
Will definitely visit again 😃

Cons:

The back gate was a bit awkward but not a huge problem

A lovely room
Pros:

An amazing gem of a room, clean and well stocked. The air con was fantastic in the heat wave! Lovely facilities, and easy to follow access instructions. It was also lovely and quiet.

Staff very welcoming and overall quality of stay, excellent
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room and the overall attitude of the staff - excellent.

Cons:

TV didn't work properly! Luckily I had my iPad and was able to get onto Amazon Prime. Also, no plug for the sink. It was explained why they were removed, which made shaving difficult and a huge waste of water!

Great choice
Pros:

The rooms were really well appointed. Ideal for our short stay. Staff were always available to help, from the cleaner (Alison, who was brilliant) to the Security guard who took time out to guide us to Parkrun at Penallta and breakfast afterwards. Everyone was lovely. Murrays should be proud of their excellent team. They stand our from the norm.

The evening meal was first class and the staff very good.

Cons:

To get to your room you had to go from the bar up stairs and basically walk across the flat roof to the opposite side to get into where your room is. If you were out after 9.30 pm the front door to the bar was locked and entry was via the car park at the rear.I require a walking stick and facilities not very good for the disabled
