Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de host die tegenover het huis woont waarin de kamer is. Fijn gelegen in een authentiek straatje zonder verkeer en dus rustig. Sutri is een mooi en gezellig stadje. met alles wat een pelgrim nodig heeft.

Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile ma...!Stanza poco pulita...bagno soprattutto! Tante ragnatele e ragni,niente tv,la porta si chiude solo da dentro con lucchetto se esci nn si chiude può entrare chiunque! L'armadio puzza di chiuso e vecchio e anche le coperte ...vicini con TV altissima fino alle 2 di notte balcone che affaccia su sacchi di macerie...alle 23 dopo un viaggio volevo fare la doccia...peccato che avevano tolto l'acqua! Peccato xchè se fosse più curata sarebbe un ottima stanza.

Pros:

I was walking via Francigena and when I arrived there was a lovely tray of cakes and soft drinks left for me in the room That was really kind and I appreciated it after a long day. The owner is lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Good for one night stay
Pros:

This was fine for a one night stay. Located off the main historic piazza. Furnished with attractive antique bed and wardrobe. Friendly host. It was possible to arrange early check-in. Very clean.

Cons:

The room is accessed through a shared apartment corridor so a proper key lock, not just a latch on the inside, would be desirable. A security light in the courtyard woke me when neighbours entered during the night. A fan would be helpful for the warm nights.

Newly renovated room, perfect for my son and I, while walking the Via Francigena.
Pros:

Location in the city center. Helpful staff with excellent communication skills. It was very kind of him to wash our hiking clothes.

Good location.

Cons:

The room door could only be locked from inside the room, so it was not possible to lock the room when we went out for the evening. The staff assured us it was safe though.
