Very good value for money, highly recommended
Pros:

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were impeccable—friendly, welcoming, and always polite, making us feel well looked after throughout our visit. The location is excellent and made it easy to get around. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to choose from. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

The staff and location were truly exceptional!
Pros:

The service was incredible. Yasin, Yunus, Sulayman, and others were all incredibly thoughtful and generous. They went out of their way to make this the best possible stay. The location could not have been better. You’re pretty much right next to the Hippodrome. We would definitely stay here again.

We can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Very good variety for breakfast. The view from the breakfast area of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus is a definite bonus. The hotel itself is only steps away from the Blue Mosque, Islamic Art Museum, Basilica Cistern, and Hagia Sofia. The metro stop is about a three minute walk. The staff at the front desk as well at the breakfast room were very helpful.

Pros:

My stay here was absolutely brilliant!
Staff were incredible and really looked after us. My daughter was sick on the bed one night and the staff were very helpful and kind in cleaning up and getting us comfortable again.
We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday and they decorated the room and for breakfast they gave him a whole birthday cake! At the end of our stay they even gave us a little gift. I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality at any other hotel and that includes 5* resorts! The staff really go above and beyond.
The hotel provided lots of amenities which we would not normally expect from a 3* hotel such as water and fizzy drinks in the fridge. They also provided lots of toiletries.
The location is absolutely brilliant. It is less than a minute walk to the blue mosque and there is a street in the other direction with lots of restaurants. The tram was about a 5 minute walk and that was with elderly parents and a 4 year old.
If you are staying in Istanbul and want to be close to the blue mosque, you need to book this hotel!

5 stars!!!
Pros:

Staff was 5 stars helpful and friendly. Location can’t be beat to see all the attractions and amazing views of the blue mosque especially at night. AC blew nice and cold. Room was nice and quiet despite being downtown a big city. It’s nice being located in a side road.

Cons:

Pillows, towels, and linens could be of better quality.

A localização é maravilhosa! Você consegue fazer tudo a pé! Perto de pontos turísticos, restaurantes, farmácias, lojas. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã muito bom e colaboradores prestativos, destaque para Ynus, Suleymam, Halit. Recomendo!

Excelente alojamiento con muy buena ubicación y personal insuperable

Hemos vuelto al hotel por segunda vez (hemos estado en el 2023) y nos quedamos seis noches. Insistimos que lo mejor de todo es el personal. Hacen que uno se sienta cómodo, como en casa. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y la vista hacia la mezquita azul es magnífica.
Además, esta cerca de los principales lugares turísticos de sultanahmet.
Consejo: Suban a la terraza de noche y vean la mezquita azul... No se la pierdan.
Quiero aprovechar este espacio para agradecer al personal por su amabilidad y buena predisposición. Este tipo de atención hace que uno quiera volver nuevamente.

Solo mejoraría el desayuno. Debería haber más variedad.
