הגענו ל 3 לילות. קיבלנו חדר לא בהתאם להזמנה. רק לאחר שירדנו חזרה לקבלה מסרו שלא נישאר אותו חדר. לא מבין מדוע מראש לא הודיעו והטריחו אותנו לעלות לחדר. לאחר מכן הביאו לנו חדר אחר לילה נוסף ולמחרת העבירו אותנו שוב לחדר אחר. כמובן שבין לבין המעברים היינו ללא חדר כ 4 שעות. בנוסף היה ריח רע מהשטיחים במזדרון והיה צורך בכוח מיוחד לסגור ולפתוח את דלת המרפסת . ואם בטעות לא סגרת אותה היטב המזגן הפסיק לעבוד

Pros:

חדר חדש גדול ומרווח, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, שירות מעולה, מתקנים ברמה גבוהה.

Cons:

צפיפות בארוחת הערב במלון, המארחת הכניסה אותנו וחיכינו 20 דקות שיתפנה שולחן, כשהתפנה שולחן לא ניקו אותו אז ניקינו בעצמנו והתיישבנו.

1-לא אהבתי שהחניה היתה על ישבון המלון ולא הלקוח , הדבר צריך להיות על חשבון המלון כי לא בעיה של הלקוח שאין להם מקום חניה
2-צפיפות ורעש בזמן המתנה משפילה בעת כניסה לחדר האוכל.

הכל היה מושלם, מיקום, ניקיון , אוכל וצוות מדהים. בכל איש צוות שניתקלתי היתה הענות מיידית וחיובית.

Cons:

מזגן בתוך החדר- הדבר היחידי שהעיק ונאלצנו לכבות אותו מידי פעם כי הוא מרעיש מידי. היינו בחדר 564 וזה הדבר היחיד שהפריע לנו.

Местоположение обеспечивает удобный доступ к побережью.

Cons:

В номере присутствовала пыль. Отмечался высокий уровень шума, вызванный громким воспроизведением музыки, что делает данное место непригодным для спокойного отдыха. Музыка звучала непрерывно с утра до вечера.
