אהבנו מאוד אילת בתקופה הזאת
שקט לא כמו במרכז
היינו יכולים לאהוב את המלון עוד יותר אם לא היו מעבירים אותנו למלון אחר (מלכת שבא) בדקה האחרונה.
מקווים לחזור בקרוב למלון אריאה 🙏 ועדיין נשים לך ציון מצויין בלי אירוח במלון.

לא יכולתי להנות כי המטרה שלשמה הגעתי היה לשבת מול הנוף ולא היה לי את מה שביקשתי .....

Cons:

ביקשתי חדר עם נוף , שזו היתה כל מטרתי. לכן שילמתי על חדר יוקרתי ושווה. מיקמו אותי בחדר עם עצים. שום נוף לא היה נשקף מבעד למרפסת וכל המנוחה שבשבילה טרחתי, פשוט נהרסה. חבל מאד. היה כתוב חדר עם נוף.
וזו היתה פשוט מאד הונאה.

עבודה ומיקום מעולים.

אהבנו את ה וות האדיב ומאיר הפנים בקבלה. את המהירות והשקט של הביצוע לבקשת הוספת שמיכה וסדין לספה.
אהבנו את ההצעה לשדרוג החדר ואת המיקום של המלון.

Cons:

לעניות דעתי מקום כזה טוב צריך לדאוג לאביזרי רחצה יותר מסודרים באמבטיות ולא מתאעם להשאיר את כיור ללא הפקק המכסה.

הערות: חניה. חסר / ואין חניה ייעודית לאורחי המלון.
חדר האוכל- רועש מידי, והריח בקומה נוראי ולא מזמין: הגענו לארוחת בוקר בשישי ויתרנו על הארוחה בשבת מסיבות אלו.

את החדרים המשודרגים שקיבלנו והיו מדהימים! עם נוף מדהים😍 חגגנו יום הולדת שבננו הצעיר ונהנינו מאוד מהנוחות, ריווח בחדרים! היה שווה כל שקל של השקעה. כשבעלי סיפר שיש יום הולדת לבן, הביאו לו עוגת שוקולד בצורת לב, בלונים ושתייה קלה. זה מאוד ריגש אותנו על המאמץ והשקעה. אנחנו פעם שלישית שוהים אצלכם ובוודאות נחזור🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

הדבר היחיד שהייתי משפרת זה איכות המים במתקן מים בלובי והיחס של העובד הספציפי שכשהערתי שלמים יש טעם של מי ברז ענה לי: מה חשבת שזה מים מינרליים? לא עניתי אבל מודה שזה קצת הכעיס אותי. אני לא מצפה לקבל מים מינרליים אבל בכל מלון שהייתי בו( והיה פחות ברמה) היו מים מסוננים ולא מים עם טעם לוואי של מי ברז.
