רצינו להגיד תודה על סופ״ש מושלם במלון אריאה!
מהרגע הראשון הרגשנו את השירות, היחס האישי וההשקעה בכל פרט קטן. החדר, האווירה, הניקיון, המיקום והפינוקים הפכו את החופשה שלנו לחוויה בלתי נשכחת.

הכול היה פשוט ברמה גבוהה, עם תחושה אמיתית של פינוק, רוגע ואירוח מכל הלב. נהנינו מכל רגע ולא רצינו שהסופ״ש ייגמר!

Best stop so far in Israel .
Pros:

Dated room but very clean and pleasant decor.
Best bed we have had yet in Israel . Would love to know the brand. Beautiful pool area . Breakfast out of this world . I don’t think there was anything missing .

Cons:

Shower in bath was a little difficult as I am short and old .

הגענו ל 3 לילות. קיבלנו חדר לא בהתאם להזמנה. רק לאחר שירדנו חזרה לקבלה מסרו שלא נישאר אותו חדר. לא מבין מדוע מראש לא הודיעו והטריחו אותנו לעלות לחדר. לאחר מכן הביאו לנו חדר אחר לילה נוסף ולמחרת העבירו אותנו שוב לחדר אחר. כמובן שבין לבין המעברים היינו ללא חדר כ 4 שעות. בנוסף היה ריח רע מהשטיחים במזדרון והיה צורך בכוח מיוחד לסגור ולפתוח את דלת המרפסת . ואם בטעות לא סגרת אותה היטב המזגן הפסיק לעבוד
