Book phòng trước nhưng đến ngày nhận phòng thì gọi điện báo hết phòng và yêu cầu khách phải thêm tiền để nâng hạng phòng mặc dù ko có nhu cầu. Làm việc cực kỳ thiếu chuyên nghiệp
