Grand hotel but need more improvements
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was not attractive, not many could be choose, and most of them just kept at room temperature even those should be hot.

Pros:

Remarkable breakfast buffet. Great art all around. Huge rooms. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Good restaurant.

Cons:

Staff was a bit stiff and overbearing. Location is distant from downtowns.

もう一泊したかった！笑
Pros:

朝食も健康的で幼児も食べられる優しいものもあり、おにぎりを握ってくれるのも良かったです☆
何よりお部屋も広くて清潔で、タイマッサージにも癒されて…お風呂も広く良かったです☆
子供用のスリッパや歯ブラシがあったのも良くて、子供にも優しいホテルで安心できました☆

素晴らしい。
Pros:

価格は少し高価だったが部屋は大きくお風呂や洗面室も素晴らしく、イタリアレストランの料理も美味しく宿泊者割引もあり素晴らしかった。

Pros:

Tiene parking y es cómodo para hacer una parada entre ciudades.

Cons:

El restaurante cierra a las 22.00 pero ya no toman comandas a partir de las 8, no lo entendimos. El inglés es un handicap y las almohadas algo incomodas.

飯店非常的整潔乾淨，一走進大廳就有一股淡淡的香味，服務人員也很友善熱心，房間很寬敞應有盡有，飯店對於我們要求幾乎有求必應(床圍、可供孩子玩耍的帳篷、繪本、加濕器等等)，除了地點較為偏遠一點以外無可挑剔
Pros:

早餐的份量雖然不多，但是還是可以吃得飽，這樣不會過度浪費食物，食物也美味
最新型的免治馬桶自動開蓋及沖水超讚
浴室兩個洗手台，兩大一小一起使用不打架
飯店可以借記憶枕，睡起來真的很舒服
退房時感到依依不捨，是我會想念的一間飯店

飯店人員都很親切並即時給予協助，房間空間好大乾淨，讓人非常舒適放鬆，帶小孩入住還會提供童書跟兒童帳篷，讓人驚喜；在餐廳簡單解決晚餐，出乎意料的美味，處處讓人充滿驚喜

お部屋の天井が高くて、部屋も広く、お風呂に浴槽があり、温泉はなかったですが、ゆっくり出来ました。

The choice if we are ever travelling to Fukuoka.
Pros:

Everything … not big variety in breakfast buffet choice but all the nutritious. Spacious bedroom, bright lighting everywhere in room. Just comfortable. The decor was a bit weird, it’s grand but odd, though artful. The car park in the front of the hotel was very convenient.

Cons:

Can’t think of a thing.
