楽しかったです。
Pros:

折り返しの連絡をすぐにいただきありがとうございました。ホテルが、予約できているか不安でしたが安心しました。

Cons:

前年に館内の案内サービス？があったのですが、今年はなかったのでちょっと寂しかったです。

Pros:

イチバンヤスイお部屋なのに広くて高級感があって
子どもたちも大喜びで、遊べるグッズも貸していただいて
踏み台も貸し出してくださるのは物凄くありがたかったです！
一人でできるのに背が届かないから親が付き添わないと…だったので踏み台をいつも自宅からもってくのですが　貸し出してもらえたので荷物も減る！ベッドも寝やすかったです

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff, near to train station
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and had everything you’d need in them.

Cons:

My only criticism is that the hotel doesn’t have a bar, so the only place you can get a drink is in the restaurant, which closes around 8pm.

酒店位於春日市， 適合在太宰府回博多路途停一晚， 附近有超市及商場，酒店大堂華麗， 員工很友善及主動幫忙搬行李到房間， 房間很寛闊，比博多市細小酒店舒適，而且提供免費停車位，室內室外都可泊， 很方便，訂房間包括早餐， 以自助餐形式， 西式日式料理都有， 不過不失， 個人推介這酒店適合自駕家族旅遊。

- The rooms are HUGE! Larger than most Japanese apartments.
- The staff is incredibly attentive

Cons:

600¥ to use the sauna. It should be included at a property of this caliber.

Pros:

We stayed here to attend a family wedding. Western hotel quite far from city center.

Cons:

For such a ‘fancy’ and western-like hotel, we were very surprised that there isn’t a bar at which to socialize with family/friends over drinks and snacks.

Top class for high money
Pros:

Beautiful and specious room and bathroom. A way way biggest in whole Japan. Also very high class. The staff superdistinguished and well mannered.

Cons:

Not really close to downtown and not easy public transport connection from Fukuoka Int. AirPort.

Grand hotel but need more improvements
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was not attractive, not many could be choose, and most of them just kept at room temperature even those should be hot.
