Emanuela was very friendly and welcoming and the room was great. Comfy bed, air con and good shower, and a black out blind on the window made for a comfortable sleep. The location is fab, about 15 minute walk to Centro historico, which means you have a nice walk after your lovely pizza or pasta! We found a great historical bar nearby, Don Mimi, and enjoyed some local wines. It was lovely to lie with the ceiling window open and listen to the city.

LoVolcano is a little haven of peace in such a lively city like Naples! Very clean with such a warm welcome – I highly recommend it!

Comfy bed, friendly host, beautifully decorated. The lovely host even put together a local guide with recommendations, and was responsive at all times. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. The bathroom was beautifully decorated, had all the necessary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, etc. There was tea and coffee in the rooms and a very cute note was left for us upon arrival. Although tap water cannot be drank in this building, they kindly left us fresh water both in a glass bottle and in the mini fridge for free, which was appreciated.

Emanuela & Pino sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Unser Studio/ Appartement war sehr schön, sauber, komfortabel und war für uns eine hervorragende Homebase für unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in und rund um Napoli. Emanuela ist sehr freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und legt großen Wert darauf, den Standard des Appartements qualitativ hoch zu halten. Sie hat auf Wunsch auf gerne den Transport von Flughafen zur Unterkunft und am Ende auch wieder zurück organisiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Lo Volcano wählen.

Ho trovato questo alloggio un po' per caso ma sono super soddisfatta della scelta, camera stupenda e staff super gentile. L'alloggio è un po' fuori rispetto al centro ma a 10 minuti si trova la stazione della metro e la stazione di Napoli Centrale.

Emanuela was an amazing host! She arranged our transfer from the airport to the hotel and even waited for us late at night to welcome us. She gave us outstanding tips to make the most of our time in Naples. She also kindly allowed us to check out later than usual, which was a huge help since our flight was in the evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

清潔でデザインがいいのはもちろん、水、Wi-Fi、コーヒー、タオル、お菓子と、ホスピタリティー溢れる滞在でした。
大変快適にすごすことができました。
ナポリ駅からも比較的近く、バス停も近い。
周辺にも飲食店が多くあります。観光にも便利な立地でした。
