Barely ok price quality ratio
Pros:

The location, price, heating, shower space and the view

Cons:

This isn't a real hotel, judging from the name and room options we expected it to be a hotel including the room service etc but this was a more arbnb style accommodation.
The bathroom smells of sewer, the cleanliness around the bed was pretty bad, we couldn't enter the building when we arrived because the security guard requested a code we didn't have so we were forced to call the owner

The reason why I didn't rate this lower is because for its price this accommodation is ok, but we expected a bit better quality

You go up 15 floors by elevator (elevator glitches sometimes) and then you need to go up 3+ more stairs by foot, the door is opened with a fragile keyhole and from your room you can hear people walk past your room outside, the elevator vibration can be felt through the room and the bathroom sewer smell is horrible.

A GEM IN VERA
Pros:

Discovered a gem in Vera, which is a fantastic central location close to everything (shops, cafes, restaurants, theatre, galleries, shopping, bars, clubs, massage :-) and transport). The sun filled apartments are located on the 16th and 17th floors with incredible views over Vera park, city landmarks and the Kura river. Everything you need is provided, including a comfortable bed, good internet and Lasha is available to answer your queries. A great place to stay.

Если все почистить и убрать - то все будет идеально)
Pros:

Удобное расположение, много места в квартире. Большая удобная кровать. Есть кухня и минихолодильник. Шикарный вид из балкона.

Cons:

Грязные полы, отвалился кран в душе, идёт запах из канализации.

Good place. Notice - it is under renovation now.

Location, view , I had everything I needed . Staff is very helpful

Cons:

there are renovations going on, so it's dusty and dirty outside the room. Can hear renovation noise since 8am.

Очень хорошее место по отличной цене.
Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение, прекрасный вид с веранды. Очень отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи и готов помочь. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое, даже бумажные полотенца. В нашем номере была большая и удобная кровать, на веранде качелька.

Просторный номер с отличным видом из окна и удобным расположением

Cons:

Отсутствует ресепшен, нет доступа в подъезд, в лифт и в саму гостиницу. Без связи и интернета будет проблематично попасть в номер. Душ в не очень хорошем состоянии.
