Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly and recommended a local seafood restaurant that was both delicious and affordable. The location was convenient, situated between Ha Long Bay and Bai Chay Water Park.

Excellent
Pros:

I had a wonderful vacation here. Following the receptionist's recommendation, I visited the nearby Marina Beach – a beautiful beach with many local seafood restaurants at affordable prices. The next day, we conveniently traveled to Ha Long Bay. We booked our boat tickets through the hotel reception, and they provided excellent service.
