A wonderful retreat in a great location for our trip
Pros:

Everything. A great two bedroom apartment that we used as a base for our trip to the Winter Olympics. Nestled in a quiet hamlet with great views of the mountains, it was warm comfortable and just what we had hoped for 😊 Hosts were friendly and kind, accommodating all our requests. Very much a family business. They also served an exceptional breakfast 😋

Cons:

It was a bit noisy at times with other guests walking up the wooden stairs - but a small issue given everything else.

Pleasant and nicely furnished appartments in a peaceful part of the valley. Just a short drive from Lago di Braies, Kronplatz, etc. We had a lovely stay at Roderhof!

We had a wonderful stay. The hostess welcomed us very warmly, was very attentive, gave us tourist information about the region, and showed us the apartment. We were on our honeymoon, and the place is a true paradise, calm and peaceful. The apartment is spacious and extremely comfortable, with a fireplace, dishwasher, TV, balcony, etc. It's also very well located, just a few minutes from Lake Braies. On our departure, the hostess gave us a very thoughtful souvenir. We certainly intend to return someday.

Great location ! loved the apartment. if WIFI was good it would make it a perfect 10
Pros:

great location! close to braies lake, and other great hiking roots.
very good restaurant near by (3 minutes walk) with delicious food. we ate there almost every night (HUBER).
small supermarket in the town.
there is a washing machine for 2 euro, and the owner let us use also the dryer for free. it was very kind of her.

Cons:

Very bad WIFI.
the owner said that a technical will come to resolve the issue. i don't know if he did - since there was almost no WIFI available in the entire stay.

Traumurlaub in einer Traumlandschaft bei Traumgastgeberb.
Pros:

Es war alles super. Die Wohnungen top, die Vermieter superfreundlich. Die Lage ausgezeichnet für Unternehmungen. Der Ort hat Gaststätten und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Es gibt nur Lob von uns.

Ein Urlaub mit nachhaltiger Wirkung.Übrigens auch wegen der zauberhaften Rinder auf der Weide.
Pros:

Wir waren in Familie mit Kindern und Jugendlichen zu Gast, insgesamt 9 Personen.Alle sind ausnahmslos begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind top, die Lage sehr günstig für Ausflüge.Die Gastgeber freundlich. im Ort gibts einen kleinen Laden und Gaststätten.Alles gut. Mein Enkelsohn zog das Fazit: "Die Berge haben gegenüber dem Meer eindeutig gewonnen".Er war bisher ausschließlich am Meer im Urlaub, und Meeresfan. Südtirol und vor allem der Roderhof in Schmieden haben alles geändert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !
