Pros:

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location was so convenient to everything. It's all on the doorstep and not so busy. Fabulous spot !

It's cosy room and I felt so comfortable staying there. Will come back.
Pros:

Very nice room and good build. Not a cheap property. Love that it has sonos system in the whole room including the bathroom.

Cons:

Best to add a hair conditioner.

Warm welcoming host, excellent apartment and location
Pros:

The owner, will, is also very responsive and sweet natured to help us locate our lost items. He is a wonderful host!

The place is decorated thoughtfully and the instructions were clear. Good amenities, including laundry and dryer (common to the building) The bnb is located very conveniently next to a woolies, and has excellent connectivity to Sydney CBD and beyond (light rail, lime bikes, buses etc).

Cons:

Walls were a little thin and WiFi spotty. Can't complain though because the host was super responsive and able to help us for everything.

I would stay here again as area is handy to everything.
Pros:

Very close to light rail and buses and within walking distance to city. Lots of places to eat and a nice waterfront park 10mins walk. Also the Anzac Bridge and walk closeby. Woolworths across the road.

Cons:

My room was quite dark as ground floor.

10/10 accomodation. I’ll be staying there again next time I’m in Sydney.
Pros:

Great location! 10min walk to the CBD but yet you feel like you are in a village. Cute cafes and bars, woolies grocery store, chemist and bus stop all within 1 min walk. Very pleasant and homie feeling.
The apartment is excellent, modern and new. Nice art deco also.

New property at a great location
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is very near the Maritime Museum, Darling Harbour and the Sydney Fish Market. The access and locking system of the property is convenient and it is very clean and new.

Cons:

The property lacked a table for us to eat at - but I understand it due to the size of the room. The other issue was the bathroom having no power points for hair dryers etc.

Very enjoyable short break
Pros:

The location was excellent . Short walk into Darling Harbour.
We were met by the host who was very friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of useful information about the area.
The room was clean and comfortable.

great time, will look at returning next time we are there
Pros:

A great apartment in a quiet area while still being incredibly close to everything you need. There’s a grocery store just 100 metres away, the light rail is only a short 300-metre walk, and several great coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, and pubs are all nearby. It’s a lovely neighbourhood to stroll around, and its proximity to the city makes it very convenient whether you’re walking or using public transport. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The curved walls in the room and bathroom were a beautiful and unique touch.

Cons:

there is nothing we could fault besides not having a long mirror to use for when getting dressed.

Ottima struttura dotata di svariati comfort: letto spazioso e comodo, armadio, microonde e frigo, bagno pulito. Ottima anche la posizione facilmente raggiungibile e in una zona tranquilla.

Il lavandino piccolo e un po’ scomodo per via del mobile posizionato sopra.
