La atención y seguimiento de reserva desde antes de la llegada al recinto. Una vez ahí, la buena atención por parte de la chica de recepción (Luisa). El lugar bastante bien en temas de alojamiento y servicios. Leí comentarios sobre el vecino y sus aves que cantaban (que sí es verdad), pero no es tan molesto como aparentaba. Claro que nosotros sólo lo usamos para ir a descansar y no pasar el día.

Cons:

La regadera al abrirla sonaba feo, como si estuviera subiendo agua por medio de presión o algo, pero una vez que abrías bien la llave dejaba de sonar.

Very nice hotel but location is far from attractions.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Feels new. Quiet, very clean, spacious rooms with nice kitchenette. Ceiling fan, AC, limited hot water. Super nice receptionist and cleaning staff.

Cons:

The location is just too far from everything.

Great place to stay, well equiped!
Pros:

Great, clean room with all the amenities we needed, incl. kitchen, 8 min by car or 25 min walk from the main square, great place to go west from Valladolid incl Chichen Itza, Izimal, Merida, many Cenotes

Cons:

Not an issue for us but a 20 min walk is needed to get to where the action in Valladolid is

Pros:

Me gusto porque es grande y espacioso. La cama es bastante grande. La cocina es buena para lo esencial. El baño el lavabo y la regadera con buena presión. Te sientes muy cómodo.

La recepcionista flaquita con lentes super atenta y calida. Muy respetuosa y amable.

Cons:

No hay agua caliente. Al principio sale hirviendo pero poco a poco empieza a enfriarse apesar de que pones a full el agua caliente.

Muy pequeña la televisión.

La recepcionista llenita era amargada. Te contesta con cara de dejame en paz. No te sientes comodo hablándole o pidiéndole algo. Aparte que no te sabe explicar.

Ma chambre est spacieuse de lit, très confortable et le personnel est vraiment superbe

Cons:

Son seul défaut est qu’il est un peu éloigné du centre, donc il faut beaucoup marcher (15min) Par contre il y a un immense magasin juste en face.

Muy buen hotel, con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Práctico, limpio y bonito.
Pros:

El hotel es limpio, cómodo, las habitaciones están lindas y prácticas. Además, tienes agua y un refrigerador dentro del cuarto. Que tenga estacionamiento en Valladolid, es una ventaja, aunque cuando llegamos en la noche, ya estaba lleno.

Cons:

El agua caliente se gastó muy rápido en la regadera. Fuera de eso, la verdad todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.
