You shouldn't expect the strict tidiness of a hotel, but rather a warm welcome from the host. It's more like visiting your uncle in Brussels, who let you sleep in one of the rooms in his old, yet very cozy apartment. An outstanding ratio of quality to price, lots of little hints about the city and even a little food if you ask nicely :)

Olivier est vraiment un hote extraordinaire, il est vraiment aux petits soins, il est cultivé et s'interesse à plein de sujets, il est de bon conseils. Il va chercher du pain spécial pour le petit déjeuner , ..etc... et je rejoins totalement la plupart des commentaires déjà écrits. C'est sans aucun doute cela qui fait que ce logement a des notes élevées et je ne suis fié aux commentaires pour mon choix.

O dono do espaço é uma pessoa muito simpática e amigável. Me recebeu muito bem e deu ótimas explicações sobre a cidade e os passeios que poderia fazer. O quarto e muito amplo e arejado, com tudo o que eu precisava. O bairro e muito bonito, proximo ao comércio e faci acesso aol transporte público .

Oliver - The host was great. He was warm and welcoming. He gave us all the information needed for the stay and suggested tips on how to reach the city etc.

Et lhote au top est la pour le bien être du client avenant et compréhensible et la pour le bien d'être de la personne qui reçoit au top surtout le papa je reviendrai juste pour lui ai petit soin et bon conseiller comme si on était son enfant mashallah une famille en or

Interesting concept as you stay in the flat of Olivier who has one room for you. Bed is not the most comfortable, but overall value for money is ok and Olivier is friendly.

The host was truly delightful. I only managed to arrive late at night due to a flight delay and strikes, but Olivier sent me directions with the subway/tram lines working at that time so I managed to get to the apartment in no time. He also provided me with tips for sightseeing and lent me books to read in case I wanted to rest in my room. There is a park and a tram station very near the building which is extremely convenient if you are coming for work and seek a cosy environment where you can rest after meetings. There are small notes around the apartment with directions for the people staying there to make the stay comfortable for everyone, which I found very thoughtful!
