Pros:

Great, central location, yet also quiet and set back from the main street. The breakfast room has incredible views and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The bathroom had a bit of of a smell, but we just kept the door closed and it was not an issue.

Pros:

My girlfriend and I stayed for four nights. The hotel is in a very central location. It's 200 meters from the metro. It's within walking distance of Galata Tower and Istiklal Street. The decor is nice. The owners are very attentive and helpful. Mr. Gökhan took great care of us. He's a wonderful person. We hope to see you again. Everything was great. Thank you very much.

It’s ok for the price, but could improve in the cleanliness and customer service.
Pros:

The location on this hotel is ideal. Have in mind that the streets in Istanbul are not very pedestrian friendly overall. The room overall was good.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the place was not the best. There was a refrigerator in the room and it was very dirty with black stains on the inside and some gooey type liquids on the bottom. Also, when we got there there was a kid in the counter and he called someone to come and complete the check in. He said 5 minutes but we ended up waiting about 30 minutes for someone to came and do the check out.

Also, place is advertised to have breakfast from 8-10 but I got there at 9:26 and there was barely anything left.

The room was advertised to have garden view but we had street view. Also, ran out of toilet paper the last day and there was not any spares ones to use.

Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno permesso di posare i bagagli nonostante fosse mattina, inoltre al check in ci hanno dato una stanza migliore senza averla chiesta (è stato molto apprezzato),il personale super accogliente e gentile,si è fulminata una lampadina e l'hanno sostituita il prima possibile,la posizione è veramente ottima e un panorama dal terrazzo meraviglioso...

Cons:

La pulizia un po' trascurata,le porte fuori asse,e la colazione un po' scarsa...

Gerçek anlamda mükemmel bir otel. İlk andan itibaren hizmet kalitesi hissediliyor, ancak asıl farkı yaratan şey personeli: son derece yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve her zaman yardımcı olmaya hazır. Konaklamayı konforlu, keyifli ve unutulmaz kılıyorlar. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğiniz bir yer.

Cons:

Olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğim tek küçük detay, gördüğüm en çirkin terlikler olmalarıydı.
