The booking was cancelled, and you did not inform me. We had to stay in a down graded room .
Pros:

Breakfast was ok and the place was not to bad.

Cons:

If I could stay in room that I booked at you company. The room I booked was cancelled you were informed they told us, so after driving more than 700km we did not have a place to stay, was very upsetting. All of this can be confirmed with the manager Jerry at Cell no: 071 864 9301. They offerd us a smaller room with no aircon or nice qoueen bed.
Therefor I demand some pay back of money paid and if you dont answer me I will not use your services in the futere.

I liked the friendliness of the receptionist and especially the guys who were cleaning the pool when we arrived they made us feel at home really

Very unhappy. We stayed for two hours then decided to leave as not comfortable being only guests on the property. Very e

Property looked good and rooms nicely done. Clean. However it appears as if they are still building so some things around not finished.

Cons:

Pool not working
No glasses for water
No dustbin
Loose tap on bathroom basin
Tea and coffee not properly stocked
Restaurant closed. Only notified just prior to arrival
Contact person not available on arrival or to answer queries.
Greeted by very helpful young man unfortunately he was not the contact person
To date (after 1 full week) contact manager has still not responded to queries
Huge property and we were only people on the grounds besides security staff. Not a good feeling
Advert says that Wi-Fi is available in all areas - on arrival no Wi-Fi. We asked young man for help and he brought a portable unit to help us out. Could not sit outside sliding door as airconditioner overflow directly outside door so dripping onto chairs
When we asked young man how to leave in the morning he did not know.
Surely contact person/manger should have been on site to assist with arrival and departure process or any queries?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, and don't pay upfront with Bookings.com
Pros:

Nothing because we could not actually stay there

Cons:

Everything was bad, could not reach host and they failed to inform us that there will be hundreds and hundreds of people for new year celebration bbq, picnic everywhere and load music from every car, reception people drinking alcohol. We left because no person in their right mind would stay there
