Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito, todo estaba limpio, está a dos cuadras de la plaza de los ponchos, tienen parqueadero propio y seguro. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Die Badezimmer müssten mal wieder instand gesetzt werden. Duschköpfe, Wasserhähne etc. Sind reichlich ramponiert.

Perfect place to rest and have an early shopping day at the indigenous market near by - best days Saturday & Wednesd
Pros:

Good size room, comfortable beds, safe property (camera security front), stable wifi, great location - easily walkable to market which has - clothes, jewelry, art, souvenirs, snacks and restaurants nearby

Cons:

No Uber in Otavalo but front desk provided a taxi recommendation

Pros:

Muy buen servicio con gente muy amable, el desayuno fue completo y delicioso, ubicación es excelente a pocas cuadras de la plaza de los ponchos.

Cons:

Las habitaciones parecen mas de un hostel que de un 3 estrellas, el cobertor estaba sucio con manchas, las almohadas muy deficiente. Solo dejaron una cobija para 3 personas y estaba helado sin calefacción, no hay donde poner las cosas o maletas y la habitación tenía una vista terrible.

Pros:

The decorations were very cute and cultural. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

In the room we were in, there were a few windows that didn’t have any coverings and there was a sky light that couldn’t be covered at all so it was really really bright in the mornings.

Very nice place. Would stay there again when in Otavalo.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The hotel was only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza de Ponchos or market square. Secure parking for our car. Very helpful staff. The common area had a nice fireplace with a fire every night.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but comfortable.
