Faltou luz durante toda minha estadia e a equipe do hotel não ofereceu nenhum tipo de compensação ou solução. Nenhum dos confortos prometidos foi assegurado, tais como banho quente, televisão, wifi, ar condicionado... Foi basicamente um descaso a falta de posicionamento do hotel.

Ok-accommodation for a night or two very close to the bus station and the Natural History Museum
Pros:

I was on an overnight stay coming from Paraty and continuing to São Paulo. I wanted to stay near the bus station and near the Natural History Museum. The hotel is ok for a night or two but one can hear every sound or step from the hall outside or above the room. If you are a light sleeper, you might run into a problem, fortunately I am not.
There was a bedsheet but no sheet to cover yourself, just a blanket which is probably used by every guest in that room and cleaned irregularly.
Breakfast was not bad, but the main reason for staying there is that it is literally 350 m from the bus station, and there is a very large supermarket almost next door.

Cons:

Perhaps a 5 rating is too low, a 6 would be better ...

Estava em um casamento de um amigo e precisava passar a noite. Foi perfeito.
Pros:

Boa localização. Tem uma boa padaria e hm mercado perto, mas sem muita coisa ao redor, apesar de que não andei muito também. Para viajantes é perfeito, sem luxo mas não falta nada. Limpo, silencioso e organziado.

Cons:

A TV é meio confusa de usar, a pia do banheiro é pequena. Mas nada que atrapalhou a hospedagem.
