Pros:

Extremely helpful staff who are friendly and approachable. They have staff who can communciate confidently in Korean, English and Japanese. Room was very clean and had great amenities. Lounge area had free coffee. Check in and check out process was easy and efficient. Location is very convenient, a short walk from exit 12 of Moran station, if you prefer not to walk up stairs you can also use exit 3 which has an escalator. Several convenience stores within short walking distance which are open until late (1am).

Pros:

Le personnel aux petits soins, très attentif et agréable. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et la literie confortable. Le parking très pratique. Le petit déjeuner compris simple mais pratique.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre de Séoul mais commerces, restaurants et métro à proximité.

Excellent and professional staff English speaking
Pros:

First it is very close to the subway and buses stations. Secondly it is spotless clea. Thirdly it has a great fresh breakfast. But the most important is the professional and genuine helpful staff who help you in any issue you might face. They are so kind and speak perfect English. Cannot wait to be back again there.
