Good as a drop off from the airport, the room is clean in general, but I had a room without window which make it good just when you arrive drop off the airport.
No window in the room I had.

Owner cooperative
The hotel is located near the airport. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there are nightstands with cozy lamps, a closet with hangers, and air conditioning. Our room's windows overlooked a narrow street, so it was quiet. We were greeted at reception by a guy who spoke good Russian. They also sell water and soft drinks—convenient if you arrive late and don't want to look for a store.
If you look closely, the hotel's renovations are very dated, with mold in places and dirt between the shower tiles. A thorough cleaning and renovations would be great. But for a reasonable price, it's a good option for a one-night stay before a flight!

Русскоязычный парень на встретил на стойке регистрации. Номер, чисто оставить чемоданы и может перед вылетом прилечь. Все очень очень затертое, шумоизоляции нет, бюджетный вариант.
Easy to find and it's not far from the airport. It's just basic room for 1 night only just to sleep. Wifi is working. Receptionist was friendly and help me with luggage.
Actually it's hotel for hours. I didn't know it before. So it's strange place. Very strong smell in the room of some detergent. It's make my eyes crying.. I try open window but it was very noisy outside. Air conditioner working slow. Maybe it's old or didn't cleaned for long time.
At 6am in the morning somebody knock on my door!! And the second time after half hour again. I asked what's happend? The man says something I don't understand and I close the door.. very strange place. I wasn't feel safe there actually.
An earlier review was absolutely false from my experience. It said, "no rooms for Americans." I had no issues at all. The owner's son works at the front desk and he is a super guy and his wife is terrific too! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! No matter what country you are from.
No real complaints. The value is terrific!
The Hotel is rubbish . They always worry about money . I never come back there again , I stay there more than I book .
