Pros:

Otelin konforu temizliği kahvaltısı yemekleri harika. Odalar geniş ve çok konforlu. Botanik bahçenin içinde burası, merkeze biraz uzak taksiyle 15 dkda gidersiniz. Mtsvane plajına yürüyerek 3-4 dk mesafede. Eylül ayında gelmeyin çok soğuk oluyor :)

Great stay! Loved that I could bring my pet. Rooms are big and comfortable, the spa was really nice, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Pros: The property is nice surrounded by greenery. The addition of balconies is great. The rooms are quite spacious. Walking distance to botanical garden which is basically a park with a decent walking trail to take in nature and seaside. Also has zip line.

Cons: we didn't realize how far this property is from Batumi downtown... It's sometimes hard to find a Bolt

Das Restaurant hatte am ersten Abend kein georgisches Bier mehr und auch keine georgischen Teigwaren (Chachapuri). So etwas darf nicht passieren.

Dieses Hotel hat Potenzial, denn die Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt, direkt am Botanischen Garten und nahe zum Meer, ist hervorragend.

Was es zu verbessern gibt:

Sprachkenntnisse und Qualifikation des Personals - ich spreche fließend Russisch und Englisch, trotzdem hatten die Mitarbeiter oftmals Verständnisprobleme.

Housekeeping - an sich gut, aber grundsätzlich nur nach 15 Uhr, es sei denn, man bestellt dies extra an der Rezeption.

Frühstück - für georgische Verhältnisse wirklich schwach.

Wi-Fi: Man muss sich oft neu einloggen, auf die Dauer nervig.

Un hotel que está aprendiendo
Pros:

Es un hotel nuevo con problemas de comunicación interno y que está en proceso de aprendizaje, las junior suite aunque tenga 60 metros, no es una suite realmente, es un cuarto como todos los demás a nivel tamaño, pero con una terraza inmensa, tienen la mejor vista, yo había considerado la suite que normalmente es más grande, pero la junior era más cara, eso no hace sentido en el sistema de nadie. Finalmente entendí que si buscas la mejor vista es la junior suite, no esperes una suite porque no lo es, es un cuarto normal con una vista increíble.
Al llegar quisimos cambiar de suite a junior suite y de inicio no pudieron resolverlo, pedían que canceláramos la reserva para reservar la junior suite, eran 7PM y la habitación no estaba lista, ahí marcaron al gerente y nos dieron la tarifa para cambiar a la suite.
Esencialmente no hay quien decida o que tengan sentido de servicio, su ventaja es que es un hotel nuevo y eso ayuda, no tienen atención al detalle y si al tocar tu puerta no limpiaron tu habitación, al volver estará igual, pero te darán toallas limpias que no pediste.
Creo que pueden mejorar si trabajan en equipo y su gerente hace su trabajo de entrenarlos en forma adecuada
