Pros:

הכל מושלם מהצ'ק אין עם היחס המדהים , לסחור שפתח לנו את החדר עם הסברים מפורטים , המלצרים הנחמדים בבריכה שמציעים כל הזמן שתייה והארוחות המגוונות והטעימות .

Needs lots of improvements to deserve its 5 star rating

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was always cold. The cocktails were ok. The room was not cleaned well while we stayed eg Tissues were finished and replaced with a toilet roll. Bed was not changed in three days even though there was a stain on the duvet cover. Coffee took 40 mins to arrive on last day at breakfast.

Obiekt nowy. Według opinii innych słychać budowę, dementuje nic takiego nie ma miejsca. Jedzenie jest rewelacyjne, urozmaicone i jest dostępne praktycznie non-stop. Drinki bardzo dobre poziom europejski. Bardzo czysto. Zawsze wolne leżaki na basenie i przy morzu. 2 dni to za mało, aby nacieszyć się tym obiektem. Wszyscy bardzo dyskretni. Stosunek jakości do ceny przy 3 osobach (2 osoby dorosłe + dziecko 7 lat) doba 1600 zł w szczycie sezonu - idealny w porównaniu z konkurencją byliśmy w 3 innych hotelach. To była nasz najlepszy wybór na Korfu.

Cons:

Przy zameldowaniu Pani w dziwny sposób poinformowała, że mamy zapłacić jakiś podatek dodatkowy. Okazało się, że potrącili nam mniej z bokingu, a różnice trzeba było dopłacić. Więc finalnie nie doplacilismy do tego pobytu, ale niesmak pozostał.
Jedyna wada tego obiektu to - serwowana woda podczas posiłków, sam chlor. Nie da się tego wypić. Ludzie przynosili swoje butelki z wodą na posiłki. Porażka. To trzeba poprawić i to w trybie pilnym!

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Le côté pratique des installations . La qualité et le choix lors des différents repas. La tranquillité et la gentillesse du personnel. Merci beaucoup à Alessandros au bord de la piscine pour sa bienveillance auprès de nos petits enfants.

Cons:

Les alentours de l’hôtel mériteraient mieux.

Понравилось расположение и невероятно спокойная и уютная атмосфера. В любой части комплекса чувствуешь себя умиротворенно. Также понравилась аккуратность, чистота и красивое оформление отеля.

Cons:

При заселении сотрудники отказывались заселять нас с крупной собакой, хотя за сутки до заселения я спрашивал об ограничениях на животных по двум каналам (email и booking) и не получил ответа. Вместо того, чтобы попытаться найти способ, как нас возможно заселить, сотрудники просто отказали нам. И только после того, как я буквально упрашивал их войти в положение и найти способ, который устроит и нас и их, они согласились поискать решение. И оказалось, что приемлемое решение существует.

The first thing I’d like to say is that Unda is a fantastic resort where you can truly enjoy a wonderful holiday. Its location right by the sea is exceptional, and the sunset views every evening were absolutely breathtaking. We would especially like to praise the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Another great advantage was the thoughtful room amenities. We particularly appreciated the shaving kit, which was a nice touch and showed attention to detail.

Cons:

That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. We were a little disappointed that several services and amenities came at an additional cost despite having booked the All Inclusive package. We also believe the All Inclusive offering itself could be enhanced. While the food was consistently delicious, the selection lacked variety, and the afternoon snacks were sometimes insufficient for all the guests. One suggestion would be to inform guests in advance that some rooms have a glass window between the bathroom and the bedroom. This layout may not be ideal for colleagues or friends travelling together, as it offers limited privacy.

le cadre semble excellent mais certains points à améliorer / nourritures et all-inclusive ++

le design général / le all-inclusive avec des produits locaux et vraiment bons/ l'offre de piscine/ le calme de la cote nord/ le personnel en général très sympathique/ n’hésitez pas à aller à Roda le village à 10 minutes à pied

Cons:

chambre petite avec une odeur de produit ritual qui masque le moisi / le clean-up des chambres pas au top / pas de bouteille d'eau le second jour malgré mes demandes.

Pros:

Everything looked fresh, clean and very well designed. The room had a lovely minimal style and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast had many tasty options and the cocktails by the pool were excellent. The whole experience felt calm and luxurious.
