Pros:

I booked this late after other places let me down and was a blessing in disguise. Really nice staff and incredible location. Right around the corner from a lively spot and yet quiet in the room.
TV in the room was really good, had sport channels and could watch current shows in English.

Cons:

A little bit hard to find, down a side alley.

Budget friendly, good value for money!
Pros:

The location is great if you can tolerate the noise. I put earplugs in and slept fine most of the time (very close to Bui Vien which plays loud music until 5am). The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and reasonable for the price. Bed was comfy and the place was clean enough.

Cons:

Shower was cold. Strange smell from the bathroom, especially in the evenings.

The main issue I have is that I asked if I could check in early (1pm) and they said yes so I arrived then but the room wasn’t ready so I had to wait nearly 90 minutes in the reception area. Instead of just telling me come back in an hour they just kept telling me “5 minutes” which was frustrating. No one’s perfect, mistakes are made but it would be much better to be honest and ask a guest to come back a little later.

Not worth the money spent. Not recommended at any way.
Pros:

Nothing I like about the property but the location.

Cons:

Even no faucet sink. You gotta wait for 5 mins of letting the water run nonstop for hot water.
Bed sheet, pillow and blanket are not daily replaced. It’s dirty. Air-con is weak, you know Sai Gon weather…

Avoid if possible
Pros:

If anything, the location is somewhat useable and the room is spaceious.

Cons:

Here is a list of the biggest deal breakers:
*absolutely dirty room
*no windows, and no soundproofing
*no toilet paper or waste bin
*all furniture is coming apart and almost falls off the wall
*only cold water in the shower
*ants in the bathroom
*AC is very loud
*staircase is a death trap

Then again it's only 11 bucks, so you take your chances.
