Location very convenient. Keyless access which was good.
Very good price for 2 nights.
Shower was dirty.
Dirty towels left behind the door hanging up.
Can't even fit the kettle in the sink to fill it up so had to fill up the small cups from the sink.
No vending machine to get drinks. No bar area.
Excellent friendly reception, really helpful, couldn't have been nicer!
Tiny room with poor shower. The furniture and fittings are all old and battered.
It was affordable yet comfortable and the staff was lovely !!! so accommodating and friendly i will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone !
nothing
It’s nice and clean. Very comfortable.
Nothing as such
Nothing
All of it it was mid leafing the pictures and descriptions are not a true representation of the hotel
Good location, good sized bed and bathroom. The staff when we arrived were very friendly and welcoming. It’s in a good location with restaurants and bars close by.
A towel was stained. Ceilings are quite thin.
Good location to access nearby festival (and friends), the passcode lock system for the main door and room door was simple and effective, there was a cupboard/closet with hangers. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful, though rarely around. Our stay was somewhat comfortable and we felt safe and secure at least.
It’s clear that there’s not much attention to detail here: stains on the bedding, dust, hair in the shower, marks on the carpet. Everything just needs to be replaced/updated/deep cleaned. A cheaper price tag shouldn’t totally eliminate bare minimum standards of cleanliness and comfort. The photos they’ve used to advertise their hotel are misleading/outdated. Shame because the building itself has potential to be a great hotel!
The staff were very helpful when I needed to change my room upon arrival. My allocated room was up 5 flights of stairs, but due to disability this would have been impossible for me. They changed the room to the 1st floor, which was far more accessible, at no extra cost.
The night-time receptionist had forgotten to charge me when I arrived, so she ended up knocking on my door for about 20 minutes whilst I was in the shower. When I realised the knocking was for me and opened the door, she impatiently told me I had to come back downstairs to pay immediately as her shift was ending. I had to get dressed again and go downstairs. I feel this could have been done when I checked out in the morning instead.
Hi the room was what you would expect further daded good for the money
Too many stairs, very tiny rooms, dirty bathrooms
Everything
Clean and good value for money
Slightly further out if city centre than realised.
Staff quite absent
A bit of a "Stuffy" smell I'm the room, but it was clean.
Location is a short walk to Bristol City centre, but steep hill to come back so only for reasonably fit people.
Got attacked by bed bugs
