Although The Regency Bristol has very limited parking facilities, there is restricted on-street parking around the hotel vicinity as well as a secure car park within 10 minutes' walking distance. You are welcome to drop off your luggage prior to parking.

TV didn't work

- the hotel room was utterly filthy. There was confetti in the bed, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was appalling and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly.
- someone tried to get into my room at 1am, there were no staff members to be found.
- Overall, this experience was both uncomfortable and concerning. I would not recommend staying here, as basic cleanliness and customer service standards were not met.
It was very noisy. No attempt was made to ensure other guests were quiet. No hot water in shower

Staff were great and the location was good. For the price cant really complain.
Could do with a vending machine or access to drinkable water atleast. There is a shop 10-15 mins away but in the middle of the night its not ideal, suppose i should've been more prepared tho. Only 1 socket in the room not near the bed and the shower head was so loose I had to hold it while showering.
The tea and coffee in the room
There was no hot water in the bathroom. I ran the tap for ages in the sink and in the shower and it didn't warm up.aboit 9.30pm
It took me about 20 min and 5 attempts to close the window which I needed to do to keep out the traffic
Cancelled our stay on the morning - still have received no reason no compensation, no refund or apology
Staff on the phone were unhelpful about the cancellation, provided no valid reason or directions to a refund/compensation. After the phone call ended, they called me back, asking me to complete a survey to give them a positive review, despite the nature of the phone call.
The male receptionist was such a lovely friendly face to be greeted by! Had a lovely chat and made us feel very welcome.

Dirty, cold, dirty, old uncomfortable bed, dirty, dilapidated, dirty, unsafe due to exposed wiring in the plugs, dirty! Lukewarm water so couldn’t even warm up in a hot shower! Hair and mould in the shower, it hasn’t been even vacuumed and I saw a nail by the bed. Disgusting! I didn’t read the other reviews and it shows that nothing will be done regarding the cleaning.

No heating in the bathroom and the hot water ran out while I was taking a shower.
