Trotz Reservierung und vorherigem willkommensgruss durch das Hotel wurden wir bei Anreise abgewiesen. Angeblich hat die booking. com Plattform nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde ein Guesthouse als Alternative ohne Frühstück und weit entfernt vom Zentrum zum gleichen Preis angeboten. Das Hotelpersonal einschliesslich der Leitung hat es abgelehnt mit uns Englisch zu sprechen. Man bestand auf georgisch oder russisch.
Ein nachgefragter Preisnachlass wurde abgelehnt
