Duş ve kahvaltı hariç diğer her şey güzel. Tavsiye ederim.

Kahvaltı vasat , temiz konumu çok iyi yürüme mesafesi ile merkez yerde tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

8 numaralı oda da kaldık banyoya sadece zayıf biri girebilir . Duşun kapısı ile duvar arası 15 cm. Sürgülü kapı yerine içe açılır bir kapı yapmışlar. O kapıdan geçmek için sıfır beden olmam gerekir. Birdaha gidicem yine orda kalıcam ama banyo kapısını kontrol edeceğim.

Очень понравилось проживание в этой гостинице! Всё было на высшем уровне — чисто, уютно и комфортно. Персонал доброжелательный, внимательный и всегда готов помочь.
Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные и разнообразные завтраки — всё свежее и очень аппетитное!
Расположение просто идеальное: гостиница находится в центре, рядом метро, а вокруг множество ресторанов и уютных кафешек. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха и приятного времяпрепровождения.
Остались только самые тёплые и положительные впечатления! С удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать всем знакомым.

приветливый и внимательный персонал, в номере была комфортная температура, хороший завтрак, близко к старой части города - 10 минут пешком

Cons:

не было одноразовых тапок, в ванной были использованные предыдущими гостями одноразовые мыло и гель для душа; нет розеток возле кроватей, номер достаточно небольшой, нет нормальной парковки

Booking.com has made our vacation a very bad one
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Also, they mentioned parking was available but it wasn’t. The poor lady who didn’t speak English at all had to go outside in the freezing weather to help me make some room for our car.

Cons:

Booking.Com totally lied about everything about this property!!! We are so disappointed and upset of how much money I paid for something they said and was not TRUE! The place is super noisy, things didn’t work properly. They need so many repairs and lots of upgrades to this place for the money they charge. It is old, smells like cigarettes and so many kids screaming and playing it was so hard to rest. The beds are very old and make so much noise every time though turn. When we needed something right away or had concerns, it was so difficult to communicate. They don’t smile or are friendly at all. We traveled so much and are in the hospitality business, we have never seen employees so upset and unhappy like we saw there.
