Zentrales kleines Hotel ohne Komfort
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Dom, Museen, Fußgängerzone, Rhein...).
Das Mobiliar ist modern und alles recht neu eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gut und das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad waren extrem klein. Es konnte sich immer nur einer darin bewegen. Der Blick auf den Innenhof mit Wärmepumpen und abgelagerten Material war nicht sehr erbaulich. Das Zimmer war darüber hinaus jetzt im Sommer sehr warm.
Die Nachtruhe wurde durch die Nähe zum Ratsturm gestört, da hier jede Stunde die Stundenglocke ertönt - auch nachts.

Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt am Alter Markt ist genial. Das Zimmer war schlicht und einfach eingerichtet. Aber alles modern und das Bad schuen sehr neu renoviert zu sein.

Cons:

Ich war in der dritten Etage. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Rezeption nur immer kurzfristig besetzt. Keine Verbindung zum Personal, als meine Toilettenspülung defekt ging. Der Defekt war nicht das Problem. So etwas kann passieren. Aber kein Kontakt zum Personal möglich.

I recommend this place.
Pros:

The room was clean, and the building itself looked fresh and well maintained. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were very kind and polite. The hotel is located right in the city center, and you can see the cathedral tower from the window — another huge plus. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent.

Cons:

The shower doors were not very convenient and did not close properly, which caused water to spread all over the bathroom after showering.
