The room wasn't ready when I got there, it wasn't dirty, lights not working, water was cold had to shower with cold water in July, no towels and parking is S&it. Had to wake up at midnight to move so that another guest can park since I was leaving earlier.

Place was neat, the reception guy is very friendly and helpful. Water was always steaming hot in the shower.

The least accommodation basics were not there, no towels, no wifi, TV not working. No safety.

At first I was worried about the location, but later on I noticed it wasn't a problem that much.

Cons:

A fake reception room, it's a scam, there's NO reception at all, but there's a room written 'Reception' at the door. The guy who give me my room key pretended to be there at the reception room for our help, but he never stayed there. For two nights I stayed, there were absolutely no one to assist me in any problem I came across in my room, until I left the place.
