Its not an ideal place for long stay, and the area isn't nice.
Pros:

The place inside looks modern; however, there is no place to hang your clothes. The assigned person(s) were helpful and tried to assist where possible

Cons:

Just a heads up, we had in our room literally, cockroaches. Also, parking's a bit tricky since it's not designated, and late arrivals might need you to move your car depending who leaves earlier, which isn't ideal

I did not feel safe outside.

Cons:

No wardrobe. We kept our clothes in the suitcase so it was a long process to get clothes and pack them after we done.

The room was nice and comfortable, the staff was great and welcoming.

Cons:

No coffee/tea supplies (tebags/coffee) the fridge was dirty.

The location was near to our conference venue, so the Uber was a cheap way to travel.
The guy was friendly and helpful. Gave me the use of an iron.
Otherwise the stay was good and it really suited our pockets.

Cons:

To the owners. 1. No, cupboard(but that's ok) No, hairdryer (Not advertised) but for us coming from far it would have been great.
Only coffee for day one and we stayed 3 nights.
Put spoon, fork and knife in every room.
