Good location, possibility to cook dinner, hot water, parking.

Pleasant
Pros:

+ clean
+ it was ok for an overnight stay
+ we made reservation the same day as we were arriving and the host stayed in touch with us and checked us in late
+ there is a common kitchen, we don't know if it's well equipped cause we never used it

Cons:

- we didn't feel welcome since the moment we were asked to leave 1 hour before the official check out time "because the next guests were coming". The establishment has a check in time at 12 and the check out time at 11, we have no idea how do they manage to clean it all in 1 hour when they are fully booked, but if that are the times they hve on the website it has to be respected.
- we got a phone number we were supposed to call when we arrive. The number was wrong and it felt uncomfortable to call the wrong number late at night. We managed to contact the host. The host looked annoyed on our arrival, we understand it was late but we previously notified we will be coming at that time. The host was sure we made a wrong note of the number. When the host discovered the number provided was wrong we just got a "pardon" as an answer, that wasn't polite nor sincere.
- nothing was explained to us about the room and the property until we started making questions.
- we were charged the normal price while our reservation was made with a discount from booking. That's the first time we get overcharged while using this website.
