Администратор очень приятная женщина. Большой плюс, что есть кафе, где можно перекусить)
Также расположение близко от жд вокзала спасло меня в моей ситуации.

Зручність розташування недалеко жд Вокзалу, а також в нормальній відстані до потрібних місць. Доступність по ціні. Зручно добратися в пізній час. Я прибула після 22:00 мене дочекалися та поселили, причому все швидко і в зрозумілий формі розповіли правила оплати і як краще зробити.

Cons:

Трошки старий номер, і в ванній трошки погано стікала вода. Можливо це технічне. Тому великого дискомфорту не відчувала. Тому вважаю це не значним.
