Pros:

Propreté, confort, chambre avec salle de bain incroyable et une belle décoration.
Piscine apaisante, cocktails très bons.
Sentiment de sécurité, possibilité de manger sur place, des pizzas en plus ! Et petit déjeuner copieux.

Traumhafter Ort in Naturumgebun. Für guatemaltekische Verhältnisse luxuriös. Restaurant im Freien.
Swimmingpool. Das Essen war vorzüglich.
Die beste Schokolade, die ich in meinem Leben getrunken habe. Erstklassige Betten. Großes Zimmer mit großem Balkon.

Hospedagem com estilo glamping
Pros:

Esta hospedagem oferece dois modos: quartos tradicionais e tendas no estilo "glamping". Ficamos na tenda. O espaço integrado à natureza e as piscinas do lugar oferecem uma experiência mais aventureira. A cama da tenda é bem confortável, mas lembre-se que os banheiros são coletivos e separados e vai precisa caminhar um pouco (bem limpos e muito bons, com chuveiro forte). O café da manhã oferece três opções: light, tradicional Guatemalteco e internacional. Provamos o tradicional e é bem servidor. A equipe também nos ajudou a organizar passeios para Semuc Champey e transfer para Cidade da Guatemala

llovió muchísimo y ni siquiera nos pudieron prestar una sombrilla, en el lobby todo estaba mojado

Cons:

We booked a transfer to Semuc and I had to sit on my husband's lap with my neck bent because there wasn't enough seating room in the vehicle for the number of people booked. We were not offered a discount or any other option. The cost was Q100 per person, which is rather high for such inconvenience.

Bestes Haus am Platze für Semuc Champey.
Pros:

Eigentlich ein 10-Punkte-Hotel. Aber 100% waren es am Ende doch nicht. Deshalb „nur“ 9 Punkte. Wüsste gar nicht was verkehrt war, aber scheue mich einfach die volle Punktzahl zu geben. Die Zimmer im Parkplatzbereich haben Balkon und Aussenterrasse. Das ist wunderbar. Wir haben im Restaurant toll gegessen. Die Leute waren extrem lieb und bemüht. Einwandfrei also. 9,4 Punkte. ;)

Cons:

Ne. War alles top in Ordnung. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Fast wie zu Hause. Ich sollte vielleicht mir nur 8 Punkte für die Bewertung geben.

Lindo lugar en Lanquin
Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito con piscinas y jardines muy bien cuidados. Las habitaciones son amplias y algunas con aire acondicionado.
Tuvimos un error en la reserva y uno de los recepcionistas se esmeró en resolvernos el problema, lo que se agradece. Nos ayudaron muy amablemente con nuestros equipajes hacia y desde el segundo piso.

Cons:

Que el segundo día las habitaciones no tuvieron agua caliente y al reclamar al día siguiente en la mañana, el recepcionista respondió que se les había terminado el gas de las calderas y trató de culparme por no haber avisado antes. Por esta razón no le doy una mejor evaluación.
