We were given a heater for our room by the staff as it was extremely cold but they were really helpful. Great location.

Nice hotel we visited for just one night
Pros:

Even after the restaurant closed at 22:30 we were able to get decent food from the bar.
Stuff just worked and staff were helpful.

Pros:

The hotel environment and room was clean. No funny odor or musky smell in the room like you would get in other hotels.Food and service at The Trunk Restaurant on the 4th floor was excellent. Hotel Management can do better to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms are brightly lit and comfortable which is what I wanted as a retired person. The TV channels can be better. The Hotel should introduce WIFI for their guests.

Cons:

We had to ask for what was listed on our booking - room facilities and toiletries. Was not sure whether the first room given to us was the actual room that we booked and paid for. Having travelled widely, the price paid for a 3 star is very high considering there may be far better hotels in Mathura. The loud music from the Club on the 4th floor starts at around 8pm and ends at midnight so it is also a misrepresentation by the Hotel that the rooms are soundproof. There is no shop or salon on site as per booking confirmation. The hotel is not recommended if you have travelled from a distance and need a good night's sleep. Devotional music in the lobby and corridors leading to the rooms are loud and switched on early in the morning. You need to request for your room to be cleaned and made up. This Hotel is not recommended for any international traveller who needs to rest after a long flight and travel by road to Mathura. At one stage, I wanted to cancel my actual check out dates however, was informed that Booking.Com has the final say because of their commission . No response was received from Booking.Com. The Hotel Management can do better to make guests feel comfortable and in improving the facilities.
