Rust en warmte! Genieten op deze plek
Pros:

Wat een prachtige lokatie en wat een vriendelijke en lieve mensen! We hebben genoten van de rust, het eten en de oprechtheid van de gastheer en gastvrouw. De beste accomodatie waar we in Armenië zijn verbleven

Cons:

Wij waren er toen het erg koud was, de kachel had het zwaar om de kamer goed te verwarmen. Geen idee of dit weer vaker voorkomt, maar dan zou een krachtigere verwarming fijn zijn

Pros:

I loved everything about Hyuga. The location is perfect. Super quiet, just off the edge of the canyon in Dsegh. I could not possibly say better things about the staff; everyone is lovely, but especially Lucineh. She is a true gem. The breakfast was to die for.

A magical stay in the heart of Lori
Pros:

We spent two days here and it was absolutely magical. The location is very quiet and secluded, with breathtaking mountain views. The cottages are stylish, beautifully designed, and built with great attention to detail, making the stay not only comfortable but also aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant is outstanding — the food is incredibly fresh, delicious, and made with love. Most importantly, the hosts are exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel truly at home. Pros:

Были дважды и обязательно вернемся ещё! Прекрасные домики, потрясающий вид, очень гостеприимные и теплые хозяева, замечательный ресторан с вкусной едой и возможностью заказать ее в домик.

Cons:

Не хватает розеток в спальнях :)

Желаю закрыться и пересмотреть политику подхода к омичи. Нанять профессионалов, а не выстраивать семейный бизнес.
Pros:

Месторасположение хорошее. Дороги к отелю- нет. Она просто отсутствует! С одной стороны к поселку грязь. С другой стороны, полу болотистые травянистые тропинки

Cons:

Менеджер был некомпетентен. Забронировали тут один сегмент. Нам перезвонили и сказала, что он уже занят. Предложили дом с 1 спальным местом + диван.
Когда приехали на место, домик был очень холодный. Один обогреватель на весь дом, который еле -еле грел. Домик не убран, пол «мохнатый».

Приехали ради джакузи на улице, попросили в 13 дня раза греть его к нашему визиту. Нас убедили что к 19 будет готов. Итог: приезжаем в 21:30 где-то, и джакузи на 11С градусов. Т.е его включили только в 18 часов примерно.
Нас стали уговаривать остаться и искупаться утром, мол оно точно прогреется.


В общем и целом, делайте выводы сами! Меня лично не устраивает, когда вешают лапшу и нечестно навязывают услугу.
Мне кажется все должно быть кристально чисто. А пообещать и не выполнить- ну как-то некрасиво, как минимум!



Кухня тоже сомнительная.

Рядом есть 2 места
Коаф - не видовое, но чистые номера, современные. Без лапши на уши! И вкусная кухня в ресторане
Аура Виладж- видовые домики, вкусная кухня, без лапши, все по факту

Pros:

Прекрасный отель! В восторге от места, где отель находится, просто невероятная красота вокруг. Не хотелось уезжать. Внутри дома все стильно и современно оформлено. Ужин и завтрак были просто невероятно вкусные, такое внимание к деталям, просто визуальное наслаждение. Мы проехали всю Армению, лучше места не видели. Желаем отелю процветания!

Pros:

Выбрали это место для совместной поездки двумя семьями. Проснуться с таким видом просто волшебно. Матрасы удобные очень. А уж как там кормят...приехать туда можно уже только ради того, чтобы поесть)
