Great position. Very quiet - we lived our stay. Host was very welcoming-😊
Location - very clean
My bedroom was very clean nicely laid out. A desk for me to work at which is essential as I’m a videographer/ editor. Ensuite bathroom and shower with nice hot water, fresh towels, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave a TV. Perfectly located for my business at Newark show ground.

Towels were very thin but this didn't spoil the stay.

Accommodation was excellent with very good facilities. Host was lovely. Very close to centre of town. Bedroom looked on to River Trent, which was very picturesque, and there was no outside noise. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly.

Having to put blue plastic shoes on to have to walk through the house and being told to turn my music down at 5.25pm even though it wasn't loud at all.

The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable with the added bonus of faculties such as microwave and toaster and fridge in the room so had everything I needed for a comfortable stay
I stay over in nottinghamshire oftern with work and enjoyed the homely feel and the faculties. Will stay again.
