The ease of not walking into a reception and the price
We didn't like the shower. The cold water tap kept falling off. Also I was expecting 3 single beds but we got 1 single and a double. The mattress was still covered in the polyphene it was bought in and the slats on the bed fell off. When we arrived we managed to gain entry to the main door but it was hard to get into the room. They gave us 2 towels a large bath towel and a small hand towel. On one of the pillowcases was blood. We had to have the window open but the traffic noise was bad. Also someone knocking on doors when we were in bed. And someone outside shouting let me in. One of the lights didn't have a shade. It was on top of the wardrobe.
It unclean and disgusting overflowing bins , dirty old mattress outside, stairs to the building unsafe
It was filthy , food left in the fridge and cooker, a saucepan of rice just left on the cooker, beds not made or clean, mouse droppings a dead cockroach, hasn’t been cleaned in a long while thick dust, wires poking out of the walls, fire extinguisher missing it was disgusting we didn’t stay , booked into a different hotel
Nothing it was pathetic
There were rats and cockroaches all around and bed was hard as rock. The lock code was wrong and nobody replied to messages for hours. Waste of money as we had to book another place for rest of the visit. The light in the bathroom was broken as well.
Nothing as they cancelled the reservation
They cancelled the reservation and didn’t tell us, I had even messaged them and they confirmed my check in time and still didn’t tell me. We also tried to phone them and it didn’t even ring or anything. We had to call booking.com customer service to try contact the property which was when we found out our booking was cancelled. This resulted in a back and forth with them trying to find us a replacement place. Thankfully they found one but this resulted in us driving to Manchester and not getting to bed till 2 am. Luckily I had a car and booking. Com were able to find somewhere to take us
The area had a Mosque and shops near by very convenient
Evere thing Lock box sticking the toilet seat broken the towel wet toasted not working no fuse in it
Nothing
No communication, luckily someone in another room helped me as they had a number as the numbergiven doesn't work. No toilet roll. Couldn't see in the bathroom for the dim light. No hot water in the morning. Could've wrote my name in the skirting boards dust. Music played all night. Lots of broken items in room. Awful experience, teenage daughter petrified as it felt so unsafe. Was like a halfway house

How clean it was.
No hot water in the shower.
The rooms where cold.
The oven in the communal kitchen didn't work.
I was given the wrong door key to walk in and find someone in my room.
I had been sent to the wrong room.
Nothing. I've stayed in many dozens of hotels and apartments as a business traveller. This was horrific.
First and foremost booking.com. I was locked out of the apartment as the person had changed the key code tomdroo people accessing during daytime hours so was left unable to gain access or contact the owner for 3 hours. Booking.com we're useless. I was awarded £9.83 from booking.com. The room had a missing smoke alarm, missing lightbulbs and light fixture hanging off the ceiling in the bathroom. The sink and shower were filthy. The aprtment block was loud with people coming and going throughout. The bedside table was covered in cigarette burns and the room smelled of damp. This experience and especially how booking.com have dealt with it means I will be terminating mine and my companies use of the platform.
